北京阳光创译语言翻译有限公司（Suntrans）成立于 2008 年 2 月。公司总部设立在北京，在美国纽约设有分公司，并在乌干达和巴基斯设有办事处。在董事长吕国博士的带领下，历时14年，阳光创译由最初只有6人的翻译团队发展至今成为拥有50 余名全职管理人员、 1024 名兼职译员和 68 名核心译审人员的专业队伍。

Beijing Suntrans Language Translation Co, Ltd. On February 29, 2008, Beijing Suntrans Language Translation Co, Ltd. (Suntrans) was registered and incorporatedin China. Suntrans is headquartered in Beijing, with a branch in New York (U.S.), and offices in Kampala (Uganda) and Lahore (Pakistan). Led by Dr. Lu Guo, CEO of Suntrans, Suntrans has quickly grown from a team of only 6 employees fourteen years ago into a company with over 50 full-time employees, 68 core translators and proofreaders, and 1024 part-time translators.

Dr. Lyu Guo is the Chairman of Beijing Suntrans Language Translation Co., Ltd. and the CEOof New York Suntrans Mining Consulting LLC. He has received his first Ph.D. (in mineralogy, petrology and mineral deposits) from the China University of Geosciences (Beijing), jointly cultivated by Miami University (U.S.)(government-sponsored) and finished his Postdoctoral studies at Peking University. He previously worked for BHP Billiton, the largest mining company in the world, and worked for the Overseas Mineral Strategy Research Office of the China Geological Survey.Dr. Lyu Guo participated in the compilation and translation of several Mining Investment Guides for different countries,and many other books in the fields of mining and geology. He has provided interpretation services for a number of international mining conferences, forums and entities, such as China Mining, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), China-ASEAN Mining Cooperation Forum & Exhibition, Iron Ore Forum, Ministry of Land and Resources of the People’s Republic of China, China Geological Survey, Overseas Aid Training Classes for the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, and for many foreign leaders and ministers. 南开大学应用化学专业，中国地质大学(北京)环境工程工学硕士、中国人民大学工商管理硕士，与吕国博士共同创建阳光创译,十余年来对人力资源管理体系、绩效管理以及企业财务活动进行全局性、长期性和创新性的筹划,包括投资战略、生产经营战略、企业财务战略以及企业现金流的控制都有着很深的造诣，凭借十余年的公司管理经验，与团队并肩作战，指导阳光创译健康稳定发展。2003年至今从事翻译以及翻译公司管理工作长达16年。2008年游学于美国迈阿密大学(MIAMI UNIVERSITY),就读于迈阿密大学商学院，与此同时创办阳光创译美国事业部。

Ms. Sun co-founded Suntrans with Dr. Lyu Guo. At Suntrans she has created strategic business plans,human resources management systems, and participated in performance management and corporate finance activities for more than nine years. She has made major contributions to Suntrans' investment strategy,production and business operation strategy, enterprise financial strategy and corporate cash flow control.With more than 10 years of management experience in this field, she works closely with all Suntrans departments and provides guidance for the healthy and stable development of the company. Since 2003, she has been engaged in translation and translation company management. In 2008, she studied management abroad at the Business School of the University of Miami in the United States, while founding the American Division of Suntrans.
