北京阳光创译语言翻译有限公司（Suntrans）成立于 2008 年 2 月。公司总部设立在北京，在美国纽约设有分公司，并在乌干达和巴基斯设有办事处。在董事长吕国博士的带领下，历时14年，阳光创译由最初只有6人的翻译团队发展至今成为拥有50 余名全职管理人员、 1024 名兼职译员和 68 名核心译审人员的专业队伍。
Beijing Suntrans Language Translation Co, Ltd. On February 29, 2008, Beijing Suntrans Language Translation Co, Ltd. (Suntrans) was registered and incorporated in China. Suntrans is headquartered in Beijing, with a branch in New York (U.S.), and offices in Kampala (Uganda) and Lahore (Pakistan). Led by Dr. Lu Guo, CEO of Suntrans, Suntrans has quickly grown from a team of only 6 employeesfourteen years ago into a company with over 50 full-time employees, 68 core translators and proofreaders, and 1024 part-time translators.

Ph.D. in mineralogy, petrology and mineral deposits from China University of Geosciences (Beijing), jointly cultivated by Miami University in America (government-sponsored) and finished his Postdoctoral studies at Peking University in China.
中国地质大学（北京）教授，博士生导师；主要从事矿产勘查与投资领域的教学与科研；为中国矿业领域学术派和实战派相结合的典型代表，承担过大量的国内外矿业公司的上市评估、融资、矿山转让及上市公司矿产储量评估工作。
A professor at China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and a supervisor of doctoral degree candidates. He mainly offers teaching, scientific research in mining exploration and investment; acts as a typical representative of academic and practical experts, and undertakes the following work in many mining companies both at home and abroad, including listing appraisal, financing, mine transfer as well as evaluation on listed companies’ mineral resources reserve.
