本崗位工作地點在香港，需要擁有香港身份證，能夠往返香港、深圳，會粵語、英語溝通。 This position is based in Hong Kong and requires a Hong Kong ID card to be able to travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and to communicate in Cantonese and English. 1.負責集團在香港分公司的所有財務工作。 2.負責開展會計核算工作，編制會計憑證。 3.負責編制財務會計報表和預算執行報告等。 4.負責對財務相關合同進行審核。 5.負責監督分支機構落實財務制度及財務檢查意見，跟蹤和管理香港地區的稅務政策和規章 制度，確保公司的合規性和風險控制。 6.協助公司與稅務、銀行、審計公司等相關機構對接事宜。 7.每月對往來帳進行核定，及時淸理應收帳款，保證應收、應付款項的真實、合法有效。 8.協助處理部分行政工作。 1. Responsible for all financial work of the group's Hong Kong branch. 2. Responsible for conducting accounting work and preparing accounting vouchers. 3. Responsible for preparing financial accounting statements and budget execution reports. 4. Responsible for reviewing financial related contracts. 5. Responsible for supervising the implementation of financial systems and financial inspection opinions by branch offices, tracking and managing tax policies and regulations in Hong Kong, and ensuring the company's compliance and risk control. 6. Assist the company in coordinating with relevant institutions such as taxation, banking, and auditing. 7. Verify the accounts receivable and payable on a monthly basis, promptly settle accounts receivable, and ensure the authenticity, legality, and effectiveness of accounts receivable and payable. 8. Assist in handling some administrative work. 任職資格： 1、稅務、會計、財經等相關專業本科，熟悉稅務政策、銀行支付和現金管理流程； 2、2年及以上崗位工作經驗，有CPA或HKICPA證，熟悉香港財務制度者優先考慮； 3、熟悉財會政策、稅務法規，熟練使用各類辦公軟件，財務軟件； 4、嚴謹細致，執行力強，具備較強的的溝通能力與抗壓能力； 1. Bachelor's degree in taxation, accounting, finance and other related majors, familiar with tax policies, bank payments and cash management processes; 2. 2 years or more of work experience in the position, with CPA or HKICPA certification, familiar with Hong Kong financial system is preferred; 3. Familiar with accounting policies and tax regulations, proficient in using various office and financial software; 4. Rigorous and meticulous, strong execution ability, possessing strong communication and stress resistance skills.
