What’s the job? • Develop and maintain risk management policies, guidelines, standards, and processes in B2B payment industry • Analyze risks associated with different decisions and propose the best course of action • Perform data mining, modelling and analysis to properly document and report on risk factors • Forecast, track, and measure key business metrics • Develop risk models to demonstrate and track findings • Research, gather, and review data relevant to ongoing or proposed projects • Conduct scenario analyses to inform business strategy • Improve processes and/or streamline workflows • Identify and communicate risk metrics to decision-makers and make advice to management team to balance and business values Is this you? • 8 years of experience in risk-related field and 3+ years of experience in risk policy management Entrepreneurial spirit you will need to think and function like an entrepreneur within your company with a go-getter attitude • Analytical mind and a good hold in mathematics • Knowledge of data analysis • Strategic mindset for mitigating risk • Coordination skills to understand the requirements of different departments with regard to risk • Highly ethical • Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative, and possess good verbal and written communication skills • Certifications of ARM, CFA, FRM, PRM is a plus • Industry experience in fintech, cross-border trade is preferred • Master degree in Engineering, Science and Mathematics is preferred
