STEP 2 线上报名 Online Registration

获得闭门会门票的合作伙伴/展商/赞助商，在查看闭门会议题后，选择意愿场次提交报名。（具体可选额度需与您的闭门会议对接人确认）

Partners/Exhibitors/Sponsors who have obtained Closed-door Meeting Tickets can review the meeting topics and select the sessions they wish to attend.（The specific available amount needs to be confirmed with your point of contact for the closed-door meeting）

STEP 3 后台审核 Review

提交报名后，后台将在2个工作日内完成审核，审核通过后将会通过短信和小程序通知报名单位，并附带电子二维码作为入场凭证。

After submitting the registration, our backend will complete the review within 2 working days. Once approved, the registration unit will be notified via SMS and mini program, along with a digital QR code that will serve as the entry pass.

STEP 4 参加会议 Attend the Meeting

提前15分钟到达2楼闭门会议区，凭电子二维码完成验证签到，并按场地指引进入对应会议室，有序参加会议。

Arrive 15 minutes in advance at the 2nd floor closed meeting area, check in with the digital QR code and follow the venue signs to enter the corresponding meeting room in an orderly manner.

04.关于SCEWC About SCEWC

全球智慧城市大会（SCEWC）自2011年在西班牙巴塞罗那启动以来，获得了许多国际组织和机构的大力支持。同时，来自132个国家的800多个城市也对此给予了热烈的响应和深度参与。在过去的十年中，大会不仅作为全球城市互动与合作的重要年度活动，而且逐渐成为世界最大的城市间交流与合作的可信平台。

Since its inception in 2011 in Barcelona, Spain, the Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) has received strong support from numerous international organizations and institutions. Over 800 cities from 132 countries have actively responded to and deeply engaged with the event. Over the past decade, the Congress has not only served as a key annual event for global urban interaction and collaboration but has also gradually become the world's largest trusted platform for inter-city communication and cooperation.
