科技的迅猛发展，经济的全球互通，以及文化的多元交融，共同织就了一个充满机遇与挑战的世界。以阿联酋为代表的中东经济体已显示出不可估量的潜力，尽管国际经济复苏缓慢及不确定性增大令全球贸易和投资增长承压，但“一带一路”沿线经济体仍是全球贸易和投资的重点地区，吸引着全球资本并在很大程度上决定着资本流动走向。利安达国际作为中国世贸组织研究会招商引资服务专业委员会主任单位，拟于2025年9月在新加坡、马来西亚两地举办关于 “一带一路”阿联酋哈姆利亚自贸区投资推介路演活动，为全球企业产品布局提供新机遇。

Rapid technological development, global economic interoperability and cultural diversity have created a world of opportunities and challenges. The Middle East economies represented by the UAE have shown immeasurable potential. Although the slow recovery of the international economy and increasing uncertainty have put pressure on the growth of global trade and investment, the economies along “Belt and Road” are still the key regions for global trade and investment, attracting global capital and determining the direction of capital flows to a large extent. Reanda International, as the director of the China Society for World Trade Organization Studies Investment Promotions Services Professional Committee, is organizing the investment promotion roadshows for the collaboration between “Belt and Road” and the UAE’s Hamriyah Free Zone in Singapore and Malaysia in September 2025, which provides new opportunities for the global enterprise product layout.

The Hamriyah Free Zone Authority of the UAE was established in 1995 under the Amiri Law in Sharjah, the UAE. It aims to provide investors with economically viable registration services, including modern infrastructure, logistics, investor connectivity and key operational support, encouraging regional and international trade and commerce. As the second largest industrial free trade zone in the UAE, the Hamriyah Free Zone covers an area of 30 million square meters with more than 4,000 Chinese enterprises operating in the UAE. It has great potential for Chinese investors due to its diversified economy and direct flights to China, as well as being the border between Asia and the Middle East and having three deep-water ports.
