Her work in this field is anchored by her role as a founding member of Entry Square, a leading cross-border big data platform incubated by the Swiss Federal Innovation Institute.

Sally's professional governance experience includes serving as a board member for three multinational corporations spanning diverse sectors: advanced manufacturing, carbon trading, and a cross-border investment boutique. She also shares her knowledge as a lecturer at several top Swiss and Chinese business schools, including the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), the University of St. Gallen, and the Shanghai University Sydney Institute (SILC). She is a regular public speaker at major China-Europe forums and has served as a guest host on both Hong Kong and Swiss financial television networks.

Academically, Sally holds a Master's degree from ETH Zurich and an MBA from HKUST, which have provided a foundation for over 20 years of proven leadership. Throughout her career, she has specialized in driving international strategy, executing cross-border M&A, managing tech investments, and leading post-deal integrations. This extensive experience was honed during her tenure as a senior leader at a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Switzerland, where she was responsible for managing APAC strategy and overseeing carbon finance deals exceeding €100 million annually.
