中国海洋经济博览会（简称“海博会”）是中国唯一的国家级海洋经济展会。其是对外展示中国海洋经济发展成果的重要窗口，是世界沿海国家开放合作、共赢共享的重要平台，是推进海洋新技术成果转化和产业化的重要功能平台，也是促进海洋经济国际合作的高端经贸平台。

2024中国海洋经济博览会将于10月31日至11月2日在深圳会展中心（福田）举办，其将推出展会、论坛和配套活动三大内容板块，旨在打造集技术交流、产品展示、成果交易、高端论坛、招商引资于一体的国家级国际化海洋经济展会。

作为海博会的宏观论坛，全球海洋中心城市论坛拟邀请国内外海洋领域高层代表参会，讨论全球海洋中心城市建设、国际交流合作等宏观话题，为促进海上互联互通和各领域务实合作提供经验和建议，为全球海洋经济朝着更高质量、更可持续方向发展建言献策。
