Omnicom Media Group (OMG) China is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Suen as Chief Talent Officer, OMG China. Wendy will lead OMG’s talent ecosystem, including staff recruitment and retention, training and development, compensation and benefits together with driving an agenda for continued change across the group. She will also take a leadership role in the continued development of a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the agency’s objectives.
Wendy joins OMG from TNS (a WPP research agency) where she served as APAC Regional Director, Talent and Expertise; prior to this position, she held the role of Chief Talent Officer for North Asia at TNS.
For over 20 years, Wendy has worked in people-orientated roles. She spent 9 years in client-facing positions at agencies including Ogilvy, JWT and Y&R before switching to Human Resources. In her 15 years in HR, she has worked as a recruiter, led her family training business and served as National Talent Director for GroupM China.

Wendy holds two masters degrees: an MBA from University of Sydney, and an MSC in Training and HRM from Leicester in the UK. She will be based in Shanghai and join the Executive Management team at OMG.
