2025年4月中旬，中国海关总署调整《符合评估审查要求及有传统贸易的国家或地区输华食品目录》，增加注4：对于冷冻水果产品、植物性调料粉、脱水蔬菜、谷物制粉（除小麦粉、黑麦粉外），不再实施检疫准入管理。

In mid-April 2025, the General Administration of Customs of China has adjusted the "Catalogue of International or Regional Food Imported to China that Meets the Assessment and Review Requirements and Has Traditional Trade", and added Note 4: Quarantine access management will no longer be implemented for frozen fruit products, plant-based seasoning powder, dehydrated vegetables, and grain flour (except wheat flour and rye flour).

在此政策实施之前，输华的冷冻水果产品、植物性调料粉、脱水蔬菜、谷物制粉等，都需要按照检疫准入管理，确认原产国在准入国家范围内，并且，作为境外生产企业获得在华注册编号之后，企业产品才可输华。

Prior to this new policy, frozen fruit products,vegetable seasoning powder, dehydrated vegetables, grain flour, etc., exported to China, need to be subject to quarantine access management, confirm that the country of origin is within the scope of access countries, and after the overseas production enterprise obtains the registration number in China, the enterprise's products can be exported to China.
