如何通过开Case加快亚马逊仓库上架速度?
近期,不少卖家遇到亚马逊FBA货件上架缓慢的问题——货物已送仓却长期处于不可售状态。本文分享一个实用小技巧,亲测有效:通过开Case与客服沟通后,次日即可实现部分上架,最差也能将商品从“不可售”改为“预售”状态。
1)前提条件:
- 确保货物已送达亚马逊仓库;
- 建议及时查询或联系货代确认物流信息。
2)操作时机:
- 货物到达仓库约3天后(可根据实际情况调整);
- 检查货件状态,若仍显示为“已发货”但实际已送达,则可联系中国客服协助更新状态。
3)与海外客服沟通步骤:
- 进入亚马逊卖家后台右上角“帮助”中心;
- 选择【Investigate Lost or Damaged Amazon Inventory】(调查丢失或损坏的亚马逊库存)选项,并点击“联系我们”;
- 在“联系我们”页面前,先将页面语言切换为英文(ENGLISH);
