有时候我们辛辛苦苦搞定订单,发完货之后客户就悄无声息,仿佛人间蒸发。客户不主动,并不等于他不满意,可能只是你没有“引”出来。
今天我们来聊聊,如何让客户主动给你好评,甚至推荐新客户。
这是你外贸路上从“成交客户”到“忠实粉丝”的关键一步!
01. 别急着要好评,先种下“感情的种子”
很多业务员喜欢在发货完就问客户:
“Hi John, if you are satisfied, could you please leave a review?”
乍一看没毛病,但客户凭什么给你写好评?他连你都不熟!
就像你点外卖刚吃完,骑手立马打电话让你打个五星——你愿意吗?
正确做法:先种关系,后收果实。
比如,客户收货后一周左右,可以发一条轻松又有人味的信息:
“Hey John, I just want to check – how is everything going with the goods? 😊
We care a lot about your experience – any feedback is super welcome!”
这是在向客户传递一个信号:
“你不是我赚完钱就不理的客户,我真的在乎你的感受。”
02. 善用“客户反馈”作为好评起点
很多客户其实说过好话,但你没记录下来。
举个例子:
客户说:“Packaging is better than I expected. Good job!”
这时候你要赶紧回复:
“Thanks so much! May I quote your words as a feedback on our page?”
甚至可以附上一个简单模板,客户只需复制粘贴即可:
“Sure! You can write something like:
‘Packaging exceeded expectations. Fast delivery, reliable supplier. Highly recommend!’ 😊”
这个时候对方99%都不会拒绝。
重点是——你帮客户“写好话”,他就更愿意配合。
03. 如何鼓励客户推荐朋友,但不显得功利?
开口问“能不能介绍你朋友”这件事,本身就有点尴尬。
但如果你换一个角度,帮客户“露脸”,他会更愿意配合。
比如客户是做分销的,你可以跟他说:
“Your company is doing great in [country] market.
If you know any partner who also sells [your product], we’d be happy to support them too – and you’ll be our VIP!”
关键词是:
✅ 不直说“你推荐吧”,而是“我们愿意支持你周围的人”
✅ 抬高客户身份,给他面子(“VIP”“strategic partner”等)
或者你也可以玩一点“小心思”:
“We’re preparing a ‘Client Map’ – showing where our best clients are from.
Would love to put your city & company on it! Also, if you have friends doing similar business, maybe we can include them too?”
这种软性邀请,很容易让客户“顺手”介绍。
04. 给出一个“推荐奖励”,但别太物质
很多人会说:“那我给客户佣金好了,他就会介绍。”
其实对于很多老外,钱不是重点,甚至会引起反感。
他们更在意的是专业感+被认可感。
推荐激励可以是这些:
优先出货权:
“If you refer a client to us, we’ll prioritize your future shipments.”额外折扣或小礼物:
“We’ll send you a surprise thank-you gift along with your next order!”让客户出现在你的官网/社媒上:
“We’ll do a case study and showcase your brand if you like!”
让客户觉得自己是“被看重”的老客户,而不是“卖人头”的工具人。
05. 客户推荐后,怎么感谢才有效?
有些业务员收到客户推荐的朋友后,就只顾着谈新生意了。
你忘了感谢那个最关键的人!
最少也要发一封暖心邮件或语音说:
“Hi John, thank you again for connecting us with Mike!
We really appreciate your trust – we’ll make sure to take great care of him. And your next shipment is on VIP priority!”
如果可以,再补个小礼物或客户专属thank you card。
这一步做好了,你的客户会越来越愿意介绍人。
一句话总结:“让客户主动好评与推荐,是一场经营关系的马拉松。”
所以别再“发货完就失联”,
把你最初的真诚继续延续下去,
你会发现——客户口碑,比任何广告都顶用。

✅ 三、老客户复购型
⭐️ “We’ve placed several orders with [Your Company Name], and they’ve never let us down. Consistent quality, excellent service, and they always listen to our needs. A long-term reliable partner!”
✅ 四、性价比突出型(适合价格敏感客户)
⭐️ “The pricing from [Your Company Name] is very competitive, and the quality exceeds our expectations. We’re happy to have found a supplier that offers both value and performance.”
✅ 五、定制类产品好评
⭐️ “We needed a customized version of the product, and [Your Company Name] delivered exactly what we asked for. The communication was clear and the end result was excellent.”
✅ 六、售后服务好评
⭐️ “After receiving the goods, we had a few minor issues, but [Your Company Name] responded quickly and solved everything in a very professional way. We appreciate the excellent after-sales service!”

你可以在客户收到货一周后,轻松地说:
