Managing Expectations and Goal Setting are two of the most important management skills. Poorly defined goals and unclear expectations cause frustration, demotivate and confuse the team members, and can result in failure to achieve the task or purpose. Good goals set a positive direction  that brings clarity and enables teamwork.
