Principle Scientist

岗位职责：

1. Support complex projects and/or manage or lead simple or certain projects' technical activities

2. Be part of a project team and support project manager to understand and Lead tasks of new product concept by providing technical expertise in responsible area

3. Understand and cooperate with other functions and research teams, to ensure an efficient teamwork and capable deliverables in a good time manner  

4. Work with functional heads in US to quickly upscale his/her own capability to reach global standard 

5. Responsible for project's specific tasks based on priority and deliver on time and within budget for the function task

6. Provide technical know-how with experiences and creative thinking to facilitate new approaches in research to achieve the best results

7. Manage, consolidate and conduct scientific data collection and summarization and literature review to establish solid scientific foundation for new and ongoing projects

8. Communicate data and project deliverables to project management in succinct and effective way

9. Exhibit leadership and ownership of tasks and projects 

任职资格：

• A Bachelor's degree, or international equivalent, in Analytical Chemistry or Phytochemistry, with 12 or more years of proven relevant experience in regulated industry

• A Master's degree, or international equivalent, in Analytical Chemistry or Phytochemistry with 7 or more years of proven relevant experience in regulated industry

• A Ph.D. degree, or international equivalent, in Analytical Chemistry or Phytochemistry with 5 or more years of proven relevant experience in regulated industry

• Prefer candidates with any of the following experience -- Experience with new product research, Experience working at multi-national company or experience working with global R&D functions, and/or Experience in successfully developing a product that has been launched globally 

• Understand and follow all regulation and SOPs as related to the department activities 

• Capabilities in operation and organization who can multi-tasking 

• A significant team player who can work with other departments 

• Creativity, especially when faced with difficulty situations 

• Excellent synthesis and communication skills 

• Must be able to communicate through English

6. Provide certain technical know-how and creative thinking to facilitate new approaches in research to achieve the best results

7. Conduct scientific data collection and summarization and literature review to establish solid scientific foundation for new and ongoing projects

8. Support/Prepare the communication of data and project deliverables to project management and senior leadership in succinct and effective way 

9. Progressively sign leadership and ownership of tasks and projects

任职资格：

The person requires, at a minimum, one of the following sets of qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree, or international equivalent, in Pharmaceutical sciences, with 8 or more years of proven relevant experience in regulated industry

• A Master's degree, or international equivalent, in Pharmaceutical formulation with 4 or more years of proven relevant experience in regulated industry

• A Ph.D. degree, or international equivalent, in Pharmaceutical formulation with 2 or more years of proven relevant experience in regulated industry

• Understand and follow all regulation and SOPs as related to the department activities
