The workshop format facilitates better relationships and workplace performance by creating mutual appreciation and understanding for other people’s core values, culture and behaviors. Learn how to avoid common misunderstandings and how to communicate clearly and effectively. Discuss, practice and role play common situations when working in international teams. Frank Chen has over 25 years of experience in international business in the USA and China. His career has largely been in senior management roles within Fortune 500/leading international companies such as American Express, Unilever, Philips, Nike, Staples and Li Ning. More recently he has specialized in delivering consulting and facilitation to world leading clients. Frank is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese .
