Delegation isn't just telling someone else what to do. The level of freedom that you give a person is dependent on their understanding, alignment and level of experience. As an Agile Manager–Leader you ultimately own your team’s results and need to plan and judge effectively to achieve the optimum balance between hands-on and delegating styles.
Learn and practice the hard and soft skills of delegating and executing for results – including effective time management.
