Bringing DENZA to more global consumers, the DENZA KLCC Store is grand openning. This flagship store is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – approximately 200 meters from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, which is featuring a standalone building and an outdoor delivery zone.

As the first showroom collaboratively developed by the Cityinno team and Harmony Malaysia Team, the DENZA KLCC Store leverages the brand's positioning and unique localization design. Then Brand leadership visited KLCC to attend opening event, commenting on the shop environment as: "Tech-forward fashion with low-key luxury." Since opening, the store has welcomed a continuous stream of visitors, all beginning their DENZA experience with us.
为了通过空间载体更好地传递腾势汽车的产品理念以及适应当地市场,我们以腾势品牌标准为基础,巧用1+4 Smart Combo的逻辑,根据马来西亚市场的用户画像和消费习惯打磨出全新的在地化落地方案。
Cityinno has successfully created DENZA flagship store in Hong Kong, basing on our cooperation foundation with BYD Group and international project experience In order to convey the product concept and adapt to the local market we applied the 1+4 Smart Combo logic, refining a brand-new localized solution which was fully customized based on the user profile and consumption habits of Malaysia market.

Ranked among the global Top 10 in vehicle ownership per capita, Malaysian consumers highly value the convenience that automobiles bring. This makes MPV models—balancing comfort, premium, and practicality—highly popular locally. More than that, as cars are essential for daily life, many urban families own more than one vehicle to handle different needs.

项目位于KLCC商圈一栋写字楼的裙楼,建筑本身有一定的年份,原有的雾化钢面外墙和防窥绿玻璃的组合让整个建筑没有通透感,镶嵌式内陷设计也影响到内部的采光。如要进行结构改造势必带来极大的成本,为了响应可持续发展的趋势和实现降本增效,我们选择对外立面进行“轻改造”, 1+4 Smart Combo的模型经过多个项目的检验,有效达到精准化控制成本和最大化品牌效益的效果。
The project is located in the podium of an office building in the KLCC business district. The building itself has a certain number of years. The original combination of frosted steel panels and privacy-tinted green glass made the whole place feel dark and closed off.
Carrying out structural renovation will lead to extremely high costs. To respond to the trend of sustainable development and achieve cost reduction, we have chosen to carry out a "light renovation" on the facade. The 1+4 Smart Combo model has been tested in multiple projects, effectively achieving precise cost control and maximizing brand benefits.
建筑所在的周边空间十分开阔,正门对外还有专属的停车区域,我们采用了超白磨砂玻璃和氛围洗墙灯,使得整个建筑在白天能融入周边景观,入夜后又像发光宝盒一样跳脱出周边的沉静。
The building sits in a wide-open space with dedicated parking at its entrance. We installed ultra-clear frosted glass and LED wall grazers.This creates seamless integration with the landscape by day, while transforming the structure into a glowing treasure box at night.
外立面改造后,空间不仅在视觉上得到拓展,采光度也更好,我们重新调整过室内灯光,使得改造后的空间十分通透舒适。
After the facade renovation, the space has not only been visually expanded but also enjoys better lighting. We have readjusted the indoor lighting, making the whole place feel open, bright and comfortable.
空间布局我们采取“场景化设计”的思路,把腾势汽车在城市出行、商务接待、户外出游等丰富的场景融入到空间之中。
For the layout, we used "scenario-driven design" to weave DENZA's diverse scenarios such as city commuting, business hosting, and outdoor adventures—into the space.
而最大的巧思是设计团队从腾势汽车的产品设计中汲取出“悬浮式框架设计”和“荔枝纹饰面”等元素融入到空间设计,这对施工工艺和选材都有很高的要求,尤其对海外落地的项目来说更是如此。这些元素不仅彰显了品质,更让整个空间成为腾势汽车鲜明的标识。
For the layout, we used "scenario-driven design" to weave DENZA's diverse scenarios such as city commuting, business hosting, and outdoor adventures—into the space. The master idea is that our team translated signature elements from DENZA vehicles, like the floating frame architecture and leather-grain textures, into the interior. Which high demands on both construction techniques and material selection, especially for projects overseas. These touches elevate the space beyond quality into a defining DENZA signature.
空间整体的风格定调也有着独属于马来西亚的氛围,工作上的专业、生活上的松弛和对品质的高要求在这里能高度平衡,因此我们以轻奢、时尚、温馨、放松为关键词进行设计。
Malaysia has its own distinct urban vibe—one where professional, laid-back living, and exacting quality standards find their balance. Thus, we designed the space with "affordable luxury, modern, warmth, and relaxation" as key.
特别在精品区 ,我们以高尔夫球为主题进行打造,因为高尔夫球在马来西亚是一项广受欢迎和普及度较高的运动,这一在地化考虑期望能加强腾势汽车与当地文化的融合度。
The golf-themed boutique zone exemplifies this. With golf deeply woven into Malaysian life, this local touch strengthens DENZA’s cultural connection.
空间内设置了多个洽谈区和休闲区,既有独立的空间、靠窗区域,也有户外区域,每个区域都以放松和舒适为原则来打造。
The space features multiple lounge and meeting zones—private rooms, window-side areas, and outdoor spots—all designed for comfort and ease.
其中最大的靠窗区域更能满足洽谈、工作、会议等多元的需求,深得业主认可。空间的后则入口与后方写字楼出入口连通,日常有较大人流量,我们把这里视作“橱窗”,期望腾势空间独有的氛围能吸引更多的关注。
The largest window area serves as a versatile hub for discussions, remote work, and meetings, winning strong approval from owners. At the rear entrance—directly linked to the office tower's high-traffic flow—we created a "brand showcase". This strategic spot leverages DENZA's unique atmosphere to capture attention from passersby.
