捷特航空在1月16日的一份声明中称，如果此项交易敲定，只会涉及公司部分业务的出售，不影响公司的股权结构。捷特未详细说明其持有的荷兰资产。

If the deal is finalized, it will only involve the sale of part of the company's business, without affecting the company's equity structure, jet said in a January 16 statement. Jett did not specify the Dutch assets it held.
Jett, once India's largest private airline, was grounded in April last year due to run out of money, causing thousands of people to lose their jobs and rising ticket prices.
KLM has had code sharing cooperation with jet airlines. After jet bankruptcy, KLM increased the number of flights to India.
