越南海防市港口2月25日决定，将来自韩国和日本的所有船只业列入病毒船的潜在危险清单，对日韩船舶视同中国船舶，必须在港口特定隔离水域停泊；同时，船上所有国籍的船员，除越南籍外，均不准上岸；即便是越南籍船员，也需要在船上隔离14天后方可下船。
据外媒报道称，未来一段时间，越南其他地区港口可能会制定类似措施，管控从韩国和日本来港的船舶和海员。

菲律宾港口于2月24日发布各港口对从中国（包括澳门、香港、台湾）来船的最新规则(2.24 2020版本) 。规定如下：
1.下列港口当局不接受来自中国（包括澳门、香港、台湾）港口的船舶：South Point Science Park terminal Batangas-Keppel Shipyard Subic-Coastal Terminal Subic
2.下列港口当局对来自中国（包括澳门、香港、台湾）港口的船舶在靠泊作业之前需实行14天的检疫隔离政策(14天时间起算从离开中国港口起算)Poro Point-Tacloban-Palawan-Calbayog-Northern/Eastern Samar-Surigao ports-Zamboanga Ports-Tabaco-Batangas PNOC terminal
Note: in PNOC, after medical issued free pratique clearance the terminal will need to approve by PPA. And after PPA, Terminal will need the approval of higher/Top Management before issued berthing permit
3.下列港口当局对来自中国（包括澳门、香港、台湾）港口的船舶实行在锚地先进行检疫，确定无敏感症状，由检疫人员开具相关证明可进行相关靠泊作业操作：
Manila(ALL PORTS)-Sangi-Cebu-Bacolod-Tagbilaran, Bohol-Dumaguete-Iloilo-Davao-Subic-Bataan-General Santos-Polloc Cotabato-Cagayan De Oro-Batangas(BIPI)-Irene port-Aparri port -Currimao
4.以下港口对之前14天有去过中国（包括澳门、香港）港口的船舶在锚地经相关人员检疫后，确定一切正常后，可在锚地进行相关装卸货操作，但不能靠泊作业：
-Legazpi port-Tawi Tawi port-Zamboanga port (under negotiation)
另请知悉：
1) 从中国港口（包括澳门、香港、台湾）来船，检疫人员会在锚地先进行相关船员检疫操作，如有发现船员有流感症状或不正常体温情况，相关船员会被带到指定医院进行进一步检查，该船会被要求进行14天隔离检疫！如一切正常，检疫人员会开具相关证明，该船可进行靠泊作业操作。
2) 从中国港口（包括澳门、香港、台湾）来船，需对每个在船船员进行每日体温检测并记录相关文档，并在到港前3天准备好相关文件（如：海事健康声明，到港 航次表，注明船员上船时间及地点的船员名单，船疫苗接种记录）
其他菲律宾以上未提及港口，尚在落实，等待进一步消息。
Philippine ports released the latest rules (version 2.24 2020) for ships from China (including Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan) on February 24. The provisions are as follows:
1. The following port authorities do not accept ships from ports in China (including Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan): South Point Science Park terminal Batangas Keppel shipyard sub IC coastal terminal sub IC
2. The following port authorities shall implement a quarantine and isolation policy for vessels from Chinese ports (including Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan) for 14 days before berthing (14 days from departure from Chinese ports): poro point Tacloban Palawan Calbayog northern / Eastern Samar Surigao ports Zamboanga ports tabaco Batangas PNOC terminal

3. The following port authorities shall quarantine the ships from Chinese ports (including Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan) at the anchorage first, and confirm that they have no sensitive symptoms. The quarantine personnel shall issue relevant certificates to conduct relevant berthing operations:
Manila(ALL PORTS)-Sangi-Cebu-Bacolod-Tagbilaran, Bohol-Dumaguete-Iloilo-Davao-Subic-Bataan-General Santos-Polloc Cotabato-Cagayan De Oro-Batangas(BIPI)-Irene port-Aparri port -Currimao
4. The following ports can carry out relevant loading and unloading operations at the anchorage for the ships that have been to the ports of China (including Macao and Hong Kong) in the past 14 days after quarantine by relevant personnel and after confirming that everything is normal, but they can not berth:
-Legazpi port-Tawi Tawi port-Zamboanga port (under negotiation)
Please also know:
1) When arriving from Chinese ports (including Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan), quarantine personnel will first conduct quarantine operation for relevant crew members at the anchorage. If the crew members are found to have flu symptoms or abnormal body temperature, the relevant crew members will be taken to the designated hospital for further inspection, and the ship will be required to conduct quarantine for 14 days! If everything is normal, the quarantine personnel will issue relevant certificates, and the ship can conduct berthing operation.
2) When arriving from Chinese ports (including Macao, Hong Kong and Taiwan), it is necessary to carry out daily body temperature test for each crew member on board and record relevant documents, and prepare relevant documents 3 days before arrival (such as maritime health statement, arrival voyage schedule, crew list indicating the time and place of embarkation of the crew, and ship vaccination record)
Other Philippine ports not mentioned above are still under implementation, waiting for further information.

有网友爆料称：香港海事处通告，从15号开始有停靠过韩国的船都要隔离14天才可以进去香港。据了解，香港海事处25日向香港注册船务代理下发如下通知：

通知称：自2月25日起，包括中国大陆、中国香港、伊拉克、韩国、意大利、泰国、新加坡还有日本。科威特所有港口均被禁止接收从上述国家或地区抵达的外国船舶，即日执行，除非有新的通知。
此外，科威特还因冠状病毒问题暂停了与新加坡、日本、韩国、伊朗、泰国、意大利和伊拉克的航班。值得注意的是，科威特相关政府部分在此次通知中特别注明：运输石油的船只并不在此禁令之列。
