咸狗（Salty Dog）
【原料】
45ml 西风短剑金酒
90ml 新鲜红葡萄柚汁
2茶匙 粗海盐
60ml 柠檬水
【酒杯】
海波杯
【制法】
在海波杯边缘抹上海盐
在调酒器中加入金酒，红柚汁和冰块并摇匀
倒入海波杯中
加满冰块
加入柠檬水 （可加可不加）
【装饰】
楔状红柚块

Salty Dog
45ml The West Winds Cutlass
90ml fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
2 tsp coarse sea salt.
60ml lemonade (optional)
【Glass】
Highball
【How to make】
Rim the highball glass with the salt.
Shake the Gin & Pink grapefruit juice with ice.
Pour into highball glass
Top with ice
Add lemonade (optional)
【Garnish】
Pink Grapefruit wedge.
专业小贴士 Pro Tip
做鸡尾酒时，我们常常需要做“盐边”或“糖边”。为了让盐和糖能均匀粘在杯口，我们可以用柑橘（或者柠檬、酸橙、西柚）等水果涂抹杯口外沿。
Cocktail recipes often ask you to “Rim” a glass – usually with salt or sugar. To make the salt/sugar stick to the rim of the glass, use the citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit etc) and run it around the outside of the glass. You can now roll the rim in the salt/sugar & it will easily stick!
