鸡尾酒冰棒

Van Diemen’s Poptails



你是否会在很热的时候一手抓冰棍,一手端鸡尾酒?(......不会只有我这样做吧?)现在,终于有合二为一的办法啦!鸡尾酒+冰棍(或者说鸡尾酒冰棍)非常适合一次性做一堆,储存在冰箱,在天气炎热时与朋友分享。


If you are one of those people that has found yourself double-fisting a cold cocktail and icy popsicle on a hot day (I can’t be the only one..right?) there is finally a combination of the two.  This big batch of simple popsicle cocktails—or poptails—is perfect for keeping in the freezer and sharing with friends on a hot day.




300毫升洛悦范迪门金酒

720毫升苏打水

30毫升柠檬汁

150克糖

1/2杯草莓

1/2杯芒果

1/2杯菠萝

1/2杯黄瓜

1/2杯蓝莓

1/2杯西瓜


300ml Lawrenny Van Diemen’s Gin
720ml soda water
30ml Lemon juice
150g sugar
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup watermelon


将苏打水和糖倒入罐中。搅拌至糖溶化后,加入柠檬汁和洛悦范迪门金酒。将柠檬汁和洛悦范迪门金酒倒入壶中搅拌均匀。准备10个冰棍模具,将水果放入模具中(一个模具只放草莓,一个模具只放西瓜等)。然后将苏打水和金酒混合液均匀倒在冰棍模具上。冷冻4-6小时。


Pour soda water & sugar into a pitcher. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice and Lawrenny Van Diemen’s Gin into pitcher and stir well. Prepare 10 popsicle molds by placing fruit into each mold (one mold with strawberry only, one mold with watermelon only, etc). Then equally pour soda and gin mix across popsicle molds. Place in freezer for 4 to 6 hours.


洛悦冷萃咖啡冰淇淋

Lawrenny Cold Brew Coffee 

Ice-cream

在这里我们有两种选择:要么我们做一个简单快速酒精版阿芙加朵(洛悦冷萃咖啡利口酒和香草冰淇淋的比例为1:3),或是把它们混合起来:


Here we have two options: Either we make a quick & boozy affogato ( 1 part Lawrenny Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur: 3 parts Vanilla bean ice cream) or we mix it up:




4杯香草低脂雪糕

80毫升洛悦冷萃咖啡利口酒

15毫升波本威士忌

1/4茶匙肉桂粉


4 cups vanilla low-fat icecream
80ml Lawrenny Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
15ml Bourbon
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


将一个大碗放入冷冻室。把冰淇淋在室温下静置45分钟(或直至软化)。在碗里将软化的冰淇淋、利口酒、波本威士忌和肉桂粉混合在一起。盖上盖子,冷冻4-5小时。


Place a large bowl in freezer. Let ice cream stand at room temperature for 45 minutes (or until softened). In the bowl mix the softened icecream, liqueur, bourbon & cinnamon together. Cover and freeze until ready (4-5 hours).
