2021年女性领导力论坛（Women Leadership Forum）将于北京时间10月6日16:00-23:00通过线上和线下结合的方式举办。本次论坛旨在展示世界各地女性企业家的多元化讲述和经验分享，并通过大师班和建立网络的机会赋予妇女权力，从两性角度就性别问题提出深刻和全面的观点，如女性在创新中的作用；在获得资金方面的性别差距；在创造价值方面的平等；全球市场中的女性领导力；新业务和超现实；绿色科技和STEM（科学、技术、工程和数学）；人工智能和第四次工业革命。

论坛的目标是通过拓展女性经济发展相关重要问题的知识和提高认知，最终赋予女性权力。今年的论坛旨在突出女性作为众多行业变革的强大驱动力所作出的贡献，传达“在热情的引领下，积极的改变是可能发生的”。
本次活动将联合国工发组织的号召力与欧洲品牌研究所的专业性相结合，汇集来自世界各地的男性和女性领导者、专家、成功企业家和企业高管，通过定制大师班、主旨演讲、干预措施、小组讨论等方式进行。
根据工发组织新冠疫情相关规定，女性领导力论坛将通过线上和线下结合的方式进行，以确保所有发言者和合作伙伴的健康和安全。

WOMEN.FOR.CHANGE:
Passion into action!
Our goal is to empower women by boosting knowledge and awareness of issues important to female economic growth. This year´s selection of speakers aims to highlight women’s contribution as powerful drivers of change in numerous industries. This year’s forum is designed to show that positive change is possible when passion leads the way.
Combining UNIDO’s convening function with the know-how and expertise of the European Brand Institute, this high-level invitation only event will bring together female and male leaders from around the world, experts, successful entrepreneurs and business executives to share skills and experience in tailored-made masterclasses, keynotes, interventions, panel discussions with enough space for networking.
The WOMEN LEADERSHIP FORUM will be held as a hybrid event - on-site and online - in accordance with the applicable government regulations and COVID-19 UNIDO rules to ensure the health and safety of all speakers and partners. This ensures also a high level of engagement and interaction among stakeholders and participants.
