The West Winds Sabre
酒精含量40％，呈现英式金酒风味。松柏香浓厚，并带有柑橘和传统的香菜籽清香。不含任何添加剂，原料中的天然荆树籽使得酒味醇香劲道。搭配柠檬和奎宁水，即可打造一款风味绝佳的金汤力。
The West Winds Sabre weighs in at 40% ABV& presents a traditional British style gin led by an undercurrent of citrus with a dominance of juniper, followed by the classic coriander seed. The addition of wattle seed adds a depth to the mid palate & introduces a creamy texture without the need for artificial additions. Perfect as a classic G&T with lemon to release the intricacies of this gin.
西风短剑金酒
The West Winds Cutlass
酒精含量增加到50％，呈现时尚金酒的新风味。小批量制作是其酒味醇香独特的关键。含有澳大利亚树番茄和大量的香菜籽，喝时酒味浓烈香醇，风味十足。配冰块、奎宁水和青椒片，口感更佳。
The West Winds Cutlass has an increased ABV of 50% to take its place amongst the new-world styles of Gin. Handcrafted, small batch is the key to its delicacy. The introduction of Australian bush tomato pairs up with an increase in coriander seed to produce a headstrong but beautifully aromatic and very drinkable gin. For the seasoned gin drinker serve with lots of ice, a splash of tonic and a sliver of green capsicum.

The West Winds Broadside
西风兇猛以海军史上最残酷的近距离海战战术Broadside(即指船体一侧的火炮同时发射)命名。使用玛格丽特区特产海盐和口感独特的海欧芹，西风兇猛是世界首创用海水调制出的咸味杜松子酒。考虑到这款酒的独特口感和鲜味，我们推荐搭配咸味焦糖。
Named after one of the most brazen tactics in naval history, where warships released a close range barrage of firepower from every gun along one side of the hull, The Broadside Navy Strength was made using the beguiling and distinctive sea parsley & seasoned with Margaret River sea salt. We may well have created the world's first salty gin & the first using seawater. Utilising umami and mouth feel taste sensations, we reckon it's up there with salty caramel and is the churros of drinking.

格罗夫椰子朗姆酒是澳洲顶级酿酒师用秘方小批量、手工制作而成的。这款酒结合了香草、甜焦糖奶油和椰子的热带风味。其柔和顺滑的口感中带着加勒比海岛般的异国情调。其原料包括澳洲有机糖。
The Grove Coconut Rum is created with passion from our distiller's secret recipe. It combines the warm tropical flavours of vanilla, sweet caramel crème and coconut to capture the exotic island taste of the Caribbean in this soft velvety spirit. Small batch and hand-crafted rum with organic sugar from Australia.
