一、及时更新运营信息

若春节期间调整了官网假期公告、邮箱自动回复或在线沟通工具状态，需立即恢复为正常工作模式，确保客户询盘畅通无阻。

二、联系工厂与供应商

拜年并确认其复工时间、工人到岗情况、生产能力及原材料价格变动，提前做好报价准备，保障订单交付稳定性。

三、对接货代公司

了解节后拖车与船运资源恢复情况，包括舱位紧张程度、运费波动和运输周期变化，以便准确答复客户交期问题。

四、梳理在途订单

对正在进行的订单进行分类整理，涉及生产进度、出货安排、提单文件、样品参数等问题逐一登记，并主动向相关部门核实进展。

信息收集需预留反馈时间，建议根据客户优先级与合作阶段进行分类管理，匹配已掌握的信息资源，做到条理清晰、精准跟进，提升沟通效率。
