开发信真的还有用吗?
在我带过的上百位外贸业务员中,有一个问题始终绕不开:“开发信真的还有用吗?”
答案是:有,但前提是你的邮件不能是千篇一律的模板。
今天就来系统梳理:如何写出高打开率、高回复率的开发信?针对不同客户阶段(初次联系、跟进报价、沉默客户),又该如何调整内容?
一、客户为什么不回你邮件?
不是没收到,而是你写的内容打动不了他们。
你需要意识到,B2B采购人员平均每天收到约30封供应商邮件,其中至少20封是模板式开发信——很多连“产品名”和“客户姓名”都没改。
这类邮件往往一进入收件箱就被归为垃圾信息。你不是没发成功,而是从第一眼就被忽略。

原则一:不要自嗨,要以客户为中心
错误示范:We are a leading manufacturer in China for 20 years...
推荐写法:I noticed your company has been expanding into [product category] recently. We’ve helped similar companies in [client country]...
原则二:第一段就要引起兴趣,而非介绍自己
提问式开头:Are you currently sourcing new suppliers for [product]?
数据式开头:In 2024, many EU distributors have started replacing traditional [material] with eco versions. Have you considered this?
原则三:一句话说明优势,但要有具体细节
空洞表达:High quality & competitive price.
优化版本:We use German-imported CNC systems, ensuring ±0.01mm tolerance in every unit.
原则四:结尾必须给出明确行动指令
弱结尾:Looking forward to hearing from you.
强结尾:Would you be open to a short call this Thursday to explore a potential trial order?

场景1:首次陌生开发客户

四、提升开发信命中率的加分细节
- 标题加入关键词:如“MOQ”、“new line”、“trial”,提高点击意愿。
- 避免大附件:建议使用在线产品目录链接代替文件发送。
- 发送时间建议:目标客户当地上午9-10点或下午3-4点查看率更高。
- 北美市场策略:建议北京时间晚上10点至凌晨2点发送,匹配对方工作日清晨。
邮件营销不是单次行为,而是内容、时间和节奏的组合拳。
好的开发信,不是让客户“知道你是谁”,而是让他“想要了解你”。
我的原则很简单:不讲废话、不讲空话,不求一次成交,只求让客户愿意回复。
