Overview

SPC1158 is Spintrol's 3rd generation highly integrated SoC designed for high performance inverter applications, including sensorless motor controls (BLDC and PMSM), general inverter and digital power applications, where advanced control methods with fast response are required. 

SPC1158 is built on an advanced mixed-signal architecture featuring ARM's Cortex-M4 CPU core with best-in-class analog front end, digital signal processing as well as dedicated motion control peripherals, safety features and low power mode. In addition, it deploys two innovations, one is the multi-zone protection technology that dramatically improves code security, the other is the flexible IO technology similar to FPGA but much more cost effective that can configure IOs as different peripherals per application needs. 

SPC1158 takes in single 15V supply, CPU core can run up to 100MHz to process sophisticated control algorithms. The analog front end design, made up of differential PGAs and high speed high resolution ADC, is capable to capture signals in noisy environment precisely and quickly.

These combined features make SPC1158 an ideal fit for complex applications such as motion control, bringing improved energy efficiency and enhanced user experience at affordable system cost.

概述

SPC1158是旋智为高性能电机应用开发的第三代高集成度SoC,它以先进的控制算法和快速的响应速度支持无感电机控制(直流无刷电机控制和永磁同步电机控制)、通用变频器和数字电源等应用。

SPC1158基于先进ARM Cortex-M4内核,片上集成了性能领先的模拟前端、数字信号处理模块,同时支持专用电机控制外设、安全保护模块及低功耗模式。此外,它还具备两点创新:一是分区加密保护技术,极大地提高了用户代码的安全性;二是类似于FPGA但比FPGA更高效的灵活IO配置技术,用户可以根据不同应用、不同外设需求更经济地配置IO。

SPC1158仅需要一路15V的电源供电,内部CPU可以在100MHz的系统时钟下处理复杂的控制算法。它的模拟前端由全差分可编程增益放大器和高速高精度ADC构成,具有在恶劣的环境中精确快速捕获信号的能力。

这些优良的特性使得SPC1158非常适用于复杂的电机控制环境,在保证高能效的同时以更经济的成本给用户带来了更好的使用体验。
