为“落实一带一路发展战略，推进我国与中东欧国家农业、农产品加工技术与贸易的紧密合作”，由杭州市科学技术协会、浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院、中国质量万里行促进会生态蜂业专业委员会联合主办，杭州市食品营养学会、浙江大学中东欧研究中心和中东欧-中国文化旅游交流促进会联合承办，浙江凯元集团控股有限公司、浙江阳田股份有限公司和杭州冠华王食品有限公司协办的“中国-中东欧国家农业及食品科技与贸易合作论坛”将于11月11日在浙江大学举行。
论坛邀请保加利亚等中东欧国家农业和商务官员，浙江大学、中国农业科学院、中国质量万里行促进会生态蜂业专业委员会相关专家，相关企业家作专题报告，从技术、贸易、法规与政策角度介绍我国主导的“一带一路发展战略和优惠政策”，相关国家农业技术、农产品资源和促进投资贸易的政策，共同研讨落实一带一路发展战略。同时组织双边农业与食品科技合作洽谈，技术与产品展示，推动杭州及国内企业界、高校积极开展实质性合作，促进各方共同协调发展。
届时，中外嘉宾、专家学者和企业精英将济济一堂，相互碰撞思想，分享观点，交流经验，共同探求“如何推进中国与中东欧国家关于农业和食品的科技与贸易合作”的发展之旅。

China- CEEC CollaborationForum on Technology & Trade of Agriculture & Food is to be held in ZhejiangUniversity
In order to implement the Road&Belt development strategy and promote the closer cooperation between China and central and eastern European countries (CEEC) in the aspects of agriculture, agricultural products, food processing technology and trade, the China- CEEC Collaboration Forum on Technology & Trade of Agriculture & Food is tobe held on November 11 in Zhejiang University.
The forum will be jointly organized by Hangzhou Science and Technology Association, School of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science of Zhejiang University, Eco-bee Industry Professional Committee ofChina Association of Quality Promotion, Food Nutrition Society of Hangzhou, CEEC Research Center of Zhejiang University and Association for Promotion of CEEC -China Culture and Tourism Exchange (APCEECCTE), while the co-organizers include Zhejiang Kaiyuan Group Shareholding Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Yangtian Cooperation LTD and Hangzhou Guanhuawang Food Corporation LTD.
Some agriculture and commerce officials relevant to from CEE countries, some related experts and entrepreneurs from Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) and Eco-bee Industry Professional Committee of China Association for Quality Promotion are invited to make special reports at the meeting. From the perspectives of technology, trade, laws and regulations and policy, the reports will introduce “Development Strategy and Preferential Policy on Road&Belt ”, the related national agricultural technology, agricultural resources and policies on promoting investment and trade. Discussion on how to carry out the development strategy is to be expected. At the same time, science and technology cooperation negotiations about bilateral agriculture and food and an technology and product exhibition will be organized. All above are meant to motivate the active and substantive cooperation between Hangzhou and domestic enterprises and universities, with propelling the coordinated development of all parties as the ultimate goal.
At the appointed time, the Chinese and foreign guests, experts, scholars and business elites will be gathered. Collision of thoughts, idea sharing and experience exchange can be greatly expected on the scene. The attendants of this conference will jointly explore the journey of development of “how to promote China- CEEC collaboration on technology and trad eof agriculture and food”.
