活动预告 | 新中AI论坛：加速东盟中国跨境对话促进AI向善多边合作

新加坡拥有许多起源于东盟的科技和人工智能独角兽企业，也吸引了世界各地的顶尖人工智能和科技公司在新加坡设立总部。新加坡科技创新周（Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology ，简称SWITCH）是亚洲首屈一指的科技创新盛会，汇集了来自全球-亚洲创新生态系统的领导者、企业家、创造者和投资者。SWITCH由新加坡企业发展局（ESG）主办，并获得新加坡国家研究基金（National Research Foundation，简称NRF）鼎力支持。

2021年，SWITCH吸引了来自42个市场的1.5万多名参与者，600多名国际思想领袖参加了200多场会议和大师班。2022年，SWITCH第七次举办，将全面回归线下会议。

Singapore is home to many tech and AI unicorns originated in ASEAN and has also attracted the top AI and tech companies from all over the world to set up their headquarter in Singapore. The Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, accelerators and investors from the Global-Asia innovation ecosystem. SWITCH is organised by Enterprise Singapore and supported by the National Research Foundation (NRF).

In 2021, SWITCH saw over 15,000 participants from 42 markets, with more than 600 international thought leaders at over 200 conferences and masterclass sessions. In its seventh edition in 2022, SWITCH will return as a fully physical conference.

上海是中国领先的人工智能和科技中心之一，许多独角兽公司在这里成立。自2018年起，世界人工智能大会（World Artificial Intelligence Conference，简称WAIC）已连续五年成功举办，成为联结全球人工智能发展最具影响力的专业化、国际化高端交流合作平台，汇集了全球人工智能领域最具影响力的科学家、企业家、政府人士和相关国际组织人士。

WAIC2022，大会共有500余位国内外嘉宾分享观点，121场线上线下活动，全网在线观看总人次6.38亿，辐射2000+网络与自媒体。

Shanghai is one of the leading AI and tech center in China where many unicorns were founded. Since 2018, World Artificial Intelligence Conference（WAIC）has been successfully held for five consecutive years. It has become the most influential professional and international high-end exchange and cooperation platform that connects the development of artificial intelligence and brings together the most influential scientists, entrepreneurs, government officials, and professionals from relevant international organizations in the field of artificial intelligence across the globe. 

During WAIC 2022, more than 500 guests from home and abroad shared their views, 121 online and offline activities were held, and the total online viewing time was 638 million, covering more than 2,000 networks and social media.

新加坡科技创新周SWITCH 2022大会将于10月25日至28日在新加坡名胜世界会议中心隆重举行。

“SWITCH x WAIC新中AI论坛（简称新中AI论坛）”作为SWITCH 2022大会中聚焦中新科技生态合作的“AI向善”的专题科创的论坛，将于10月28日上午9:00-11:00在新加坡名胜世界会议中心B2大宴会厅举办。

本次新中AI论坛由新加坡科技创新周 (SWITCH)和世界人工智能大会(WAIC) 这两个具有全球规模的大会强强联手合作主办，东浩兰生与AIII人工智能国际研究院承办，亚洲科技促进可持续发展目标联盟Tech4SDG和商汤科技协办，以“加速东盟中国跨境对话促进AI向善多边合作”为主题，旨在加强人工智能科技机构和人才之间的更深入合作，促进“AI向善”。

新中AI论坛将涵盖“产学研投用治（产业、学术、研究、投资、应用和治理）”的整个生态，目的是将来自新加坡、中国与国际组织的机构与专家相聚在一起，通过AI4Good分享和对话，倡导科技可持续发展。

从商业层面，以“双向出海”为核心目标，更多来自中国科技生态的科技龙头企业和科技初创企业可以在新加坡设立基地，借力新加坡作为技术和金融中心的战略地位和生态系统，进入到东盟和国际市场。与此同时，已经在新加坡落地的本地、区域和国际科技龙头企业和科技初创企业可以借力新加坡的科技生态系统和资源进入中国市场并开展合作。

SWITCH x WAIC Singapore-China AI Forum is the collaboration of Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) and World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), two of the largest Technology and AI ecosystem conferences in the world and Asia to foster collaboration between AI organisations and talents towards AI4Good with a focus theme of “Accelerating Cross-Border Dialogue towards Multilateral AI4Good Initiatives”.

The executive organisers are Donghao Langsheng (DHLS) and Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII).

SWITCH is officially held from Oct 25 to 28 and has invited WAIC, Donghao Lansheng and Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII) to organize a Singapore-China AI Forum focusing on the topic of AI4Good. We are privileged to invite Tech4SDG Alliance for Asia and also, SenseTime to participate as co-organisers.

This AI4Good forum will have an ecosystem coverage of “Industry, Academics, Research, Investment, Applications and Governance” with sharing and dialogue from speakers from Singapore, China and International organizations and expert to advocate sustainable development with AI4Good.

One key economic driver for the AI forum will be to foster bilateral cross-border entry and collaboration between Singapore, ASEAN, China and International AI and Tech leaders and startups. AI and Tech leaders and startups from China could set up base in Singapore, leverage on Singapore’s strategic position and ecosystem as a technology and financial center to penetrate into the ASEAN and International market. At the same time, any tech leaders or startups who are already established in Singapore could tap into Singapore’s ecosystem and resources for market entry and collaboration for the China market.
