SWITCH x AIII: 中新科创生态高峰论坛

主题：融合中新科创生态赋能可持续发展

在SWITCH 新加坡科技创新周（11月8日-12日）期间，SWITCH与AIII人工智能国际研究研究共同举办了一场聚焦中新科技生态合作的专题科创高峰会议，涵盖产学研投。目的是将来自两个生态的产学研投机构聚集在一起，进行更多的分享和对话，以促进可持续的发展和合作。

从商业层面，更多来自中国科技生态的科技龙头企业和初创科技企业可以先出海落地到新加坡，借力新加坡的科创生态，作为其国际总部进入东盟和全球市场。同时，已经在新加坡落地的本地、区域和国际龙头科技企业和初创科技企业可以利用新加坡的科技生态系统渗透到中国市场。

我们也特别携手商汤科技联合主办本次高峰论坛，本次高峰论坛将会举办一个特色的“可持续发展AI伦理领域”的仪式，由世界领先的人工智能软件公司商汤科技联合上海交通大学清源研究院、威麟AIII人工智能国际研究院共同发布：

《平衡发展AI伦理观 —— AI可持续发展报告 2021-2022》

倡导“发展’的 AI 伦理治理观，打造技术可控、以人为本、可持续发展的 AI 均衡伦理治理范式，推动发展负责任且可持续的 AI 技术。

同期发布的，还有商汤科技与上海开源技术协会、威麟AIII 人工智能国际研究院共同倡议构建的《联合国可持续发展目标正面案例集》。

在发布仪式中，商汤科技田丰院长会分享编写此报告的初心以及报告的结构和内容。AIII人工智能国际研究院翁家良院长也会分享此报告的价值和意义和他的独立观点。

此报告最终的目的就是实现UN联合国倡导的SDG可持续发展目标，促进在ESG领域的贡献，也规划未来和全球不同机构的合作。

本次峰会是“中新科技与创新”系列活动的延续，上一届峰会是由SWITCH、东浩兰生和AIII人工智能国际研究院联合主办的世界人工智能大会（WAIC）分论坛“中新创新与科技高峰论坛”，采用线上线下混合形式于2021年7月10日在上海世博中心举行。

SWITCH x AIII: China-Singapore Technovation Ecosystem Summit

Topic: Fusion of the China-Singapore Technovation Ecosystems for Sustainability

During the SWITCH November flagship conference week (8-12 Nov), SWITCH and AIII are co-organising a special technovation summit that focuses on tech ecosystem collaboration between Chinese and Singapore companies, covering industry, education, research and investment (产学研投). The purpose is to bring together key players in this space from both ecosystems for more sharing and dialogue to foster more sustainable development and collaborations.

At the commercial level, more tech leaders and startups from China tech ecosystem could tap into the Singapore ecosystem to establish their foothold as their international headquarter into the ASEAN and global markets. At the same time, local, regional and international tech leaders and startups with presence in Singapore could leverage Singapore tech ecosystem to penetrate into the China market.

We have specially invited the following distringuished speakers who are leaders in the Tech ecosystems in Singapore and China including industy, education, research and investment to deliver keynote speeches and participate in round table discussion as follows:

For this China-Singapore Summit, we have specially invited SenseTime to co-organize where we will feature a release ceremony with focus on the area of “Sustainable Development and AI Ethics”. Together, SenseTime, one of the world’s leading AI technology company, with Shanghai Jiao Tong University Qing Yuan Research Institute and also Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII), they will jointly release the following report during the ceremony:

《AI Ethics for Balanced Development -- AI Sustainable Development: Report 2021 -2022》

covering these important areas of advocacy such as the “development” of AI Ethics, ensure AI system are within our control, design AI system for humanity, cultivate sustainable development with balancing scope of AI ethics and governance, promote development of Responsible and Sustainable AI.

In addition, SenseTime, Shanghai Open Source Technology Association and Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII) will also release their joint work on 《United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Positive Use Cases》。

During the ceremony, SenseTime Dean Tian Feng wlll share the original purpose of this initiative and how the content of the report was structured and presented while AIII Dr. James Ong will provide his independent perspective on this report also.

The ultimate goal of the report aims to contribute to more ESG impact to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) with further collaboration with other institutions globally.

This summit is a continuation of the “China-Singapore Technology and Innovation” series of dialogue events with the last one held in Shanghai on July 10 2021 at the World AI Conference (WAIC) . It was conducted in hybrid online-offline format organized by SWITCH, Donghao Lansheng and Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII).
