

⼤家好,
有幸参于碳星⼤学的启动会,和各位⼀起进⾏交流学习,是缘起于去年在斯坦福⼤学遇见梦洁。那次的见面说来也还真不是⼀般的初次相遇。对⼀个鲜少和不熟悉的⼈搭话,并畅谈五个多⼩时的我来说,还真是第⼀次。⽽且在夜幕降临不得不分开的时候,我们相约第⼆天继续见面详谈。
Hello everyone,
I feel blessed to have the chance to participate in the launch event of ATIMEI University, exchanging ideas and learning together with all of you. This connection was originated from meeting Fay Sun at Stanford University last year. That encounter was indeed not an ordinary first meet up. For someone like me, who rarely talks to unfamiliar people but having a conversation for over five hours straight was truly a first. Moreover, at the end of the day when we left, we made plan to meet again immediately the next day.
从交谈的过程中,我发现我们的理念和想做的事情都蛮接近的。在她⼀边述说碳星大学线上系统GAWA规划的同时,我脑海中已经浮现了我早前策划的教育系统框架。这个系统框架原来的构思只限⽤于教育领域,但它也其实可以展括到其他的领域,让系统框架涵盖更多的应⽤。
During our conversation, I noticed that our philosophies and goals were quite close. While she was describing ATIMEI University online system GAWA, the framework of the educational system I had planned earlier started to form its shape again in my mind. Originally conceived for the education field, this system framework can actually be extended to other areas as well, encompassing a broader range of applications.
早在⼏年前在我已踏⼊⼈⼯智能领域时,我曾向⼀位年长的友⼈表达过想做个和教育相关的系统愿景。很可惜的是这个想法没有得到落实和实质的⽀持,也碍于当时受雇于⼈,没能把它执⾏起来。当我最后决定⾃⼰创业以后,就开始着⼿准备了。前前后后我都⼀直在寻找合适的搭档,但都没遇上。那次在斯坦福,听着梦洁描述着,是什么激励着她在教育的路上一直前行,我隐隐约约的感觉这个⼈不就是我要找的吗… 再后来,她和我说,她也曾对上帝祈祷,希望上帝给她⼀个⼯程师。⽽我们也正是在斯坦福⼤学⾥的教堂认识的。与梦洁相识的缘分真的是很奇妙,没有科学的解释,但它就是存在着…
Several years ago, while I was already in the field of artificial intelligence, I had expressed to an older friend my desire to create a system framework related to education. Unfortunately, this idea did not materialize due to a lack of practical support, and I was employed at that time for specific responsibilities, which hindered me from implementing it. When I finally decided to work on my start-up, I began preparing for it. Throughout, I had been looking for suitable partners but had not found one. In Stanford, while listening to Fay’s description on what passionates her, I vaguely felt that she was the person I had been searching for. Later, she told me that she had also prayed to God, hoping for an engineer. And we both actually met in the chapel at Stanford University. Fay is truly mysterious, hardly explainable with scientific facts, but it does indeed exist...
在初期,我们也因为对⽅的做事⽅式和⽂化上的⼀些差异以及⽤词上的误译有所争吵。但庆幸的是我们到最后都有互相调整,没有放弃⾃⼰想做的事情,和这个为梦想事业而合作的奇妙缘分。我们的平台是⼀个全球性项⽬合作的平台,我们兩个不同国藉的创始⼈正在远距离艰难的⼀起创业,⼀起做事,互相的包容、配合、⿎励、成就对⽅,不就是这个平台最好的示范项⽬了吗?
有鉴于此,我们也希望通过来自彼此生命时间真实的、跨国、跨文化、跨领域的践行,而共创的良好的合作关系,让平台的⽤户、商业伙伴也能从这个系统中,通过自己与各国、各地区的项⽬发起人共创、共赢、共荣的理念和系统流程设计中受惠。通过深度合作,促进⽂化交流,彼此尊重。
In the early stage, we had some arguments due to differences in our working styles, culture nuances, translation or interpretation errors in wording. Fortunately, we both made adjustments in the end, not giving up on what we wanted to do, and embraced this wonderful fate of partnership. Our platform is a global project collaboration plaform, and we, as founders from different countries, are overcoming the challenges of remote entrepreneurship, working together, accommodating each other, cooperating, encouraging, and helping each other to succeed. Isn't this the best demonstration project for the platform? With this in mind, we hope that through our own practices and strong cooperative relationships, users and business partners of the platform can benefit from the same collaborative, win-win spirit, and be prosperous together within projects from various countries and regions. Through deep cooperation, we aim to promote cultural exchange and mutual respect.
碳星大学线上教育系统框架⾥的项⽬是与联合国可持续发展⽬标配合的。我们提倡觉知科学,致⼒于培养参与者关⼼实事,通过参与国际合作项⽬,与不同⽂化背景的⼈沟通交流,并⼀起解决问题。每个参与者都像是⼀颗星球,以自己独特价值观闪耀着的同时,也与周围的世界紧密链接着。我们相信每个⼈都有属于⾃⼰独特的能⼒做出贡献,平台的建设是汇聚各⽅智慧、资源、⼒量,不论⼤⼩、多寡、男⼥⽼少都能参与其中。
The projects within the ATIMEI UNIVERSITY Online Education System Framework—GAWA are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We advocate for Awareness Science, striving to cultivate individuals to be more concern on real issues, engage in international cooperation projects, communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds, and work together to solve problems. Each participant is like a planet, shining, carrying its own value while also connecting with the surrounding world. We believe that everyone has unique abilities to contribute, and the platform gathers wisdom, resources, and strength from all, regardless of its contribution quantum, age, gender or background. The platform is inclusive with no one left behind.
这套创新教育体系的后端技术将融合新兴科技,让新科技得以⼴泛的应⽤,以让更多的⼈能享受到新科技带来的便利,减少⼈们对新科技恐惧的同时,也加强了通过良好运⽤科技所带来的幸福感。
The backend technology stack of GAWA innovative education system will integrate emerging technologies. The allowing new technologies to be widely applied. This ensures that more people can enjoy the convenience brought by new technologies, reducing people's fear of new technologies adoption while enhancing the happiness derived from the positive use of technology.
这个新的教育系统框架有着我像对⾃⼰孩⼦最贴切的⼀种付出,它同时也结合了各⽅⼈⼠对未来的思考与展望。我们都尽着⾃⼰的能⼒,⼀点⼀滴的把它搭建起来。这次的创业,创的也是我⼈⽣下半辈⼦的志业了。
The development work of GAWA — this new education system framework represents a contribution that feels dearest to me, as if it were my own child. It also combines the thoughts and aspirations of individuals from various backgrounds about the future. We are all building it bit by bit to the best of our abilities. This venture has now become the mission in the second half of my life.
