（一）领军人才（讲席教授/教授）
1. 引进条件
国家级人才项目候选人或海外知名高校或科研机构终身教授、副教授或取得国际公认的重大成就领军人才。
2. 支持措施
科研经费：一事一议
团队支撑：学校稳定持续每年提供至少1个学校支持博士研究生招生指标和不限额博士后招收名额。引进人才可自行招收研究系列教授，所属研究系列教授可参与竞争学校科研启动经费申请。
3. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入：具有全球竞争力的薪酬；并享有个人所得税优惠政策，即符合条件的高端人才、紧缺人才在深圳市已缴纳的个人所得税超过其按应纳税所得额的15%部分，将由深圳市给予财政补贴，该补贴免征个人所得税。
个人补贴：根据国家、省、市人才计划相关政策，学校将协助申请相应人才项目，如成功入选可按规定享有项目资助/补贴。
4. 生活待遇
住房待遇：视校内房源情况提供教师公寓或发放相应住房补贴。
生活配套：学校可协助办理人才及配偶、子女深圳户口或来华居留居留许可，协助解决子女入学。
（二）优秀青年人才（副教授/助理教授）
1. 引进条件
年龄一般不超过40周岁，海外取得博士学位或国内取得博士学位后具有连续36个月以上的海外科研工作经历，在海外知名高校、科研机构等有正式教学或科研职位。
2. 支持措施
科研经费：政府和学校在5年内可提供至少400万元科研启动经费。
团队支撑：学校稳定持续每年提供至少1个学校支持博士研究生招生指标和不限额博士后招收名额。引进人才可自行招收研究系列教授，所属研究系列教授可参与竞争学校科研启动经费申请。
3. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入：具有全球竞争力的薪酬；并享有个人所得税优惠政策，即符合条件的高端人才、紧缺人才在深圳市已缴纳的个人所得税超过其按应纳税所得额的15%部分，将由深圳市给予财政补贴，该补贴免征个人所得税。
保险等福利：学校按照深圳市最高标准购买五险一金，还提供商业补充医疗保险与高端医疗保险。
4. 生活待遇
住房待遇：视校内房源情况提供教师公寓或发放相应住房补贴。
生活配套：学校可协助办理人才及配偶、子女深圳户口或来华居留居留许可，协助解决子女入学。
（三）优秀博士后人才
1. 引进条件
原则上获得博士学位不超过3年；年龄35周岁以下；具有较高的学术水平和科研能力。
2. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入：税前基本年薪不低于33.5万元（含省市补贴），校长卓越博士后税前年薪不低于50.7万元（含省市补贴）。
保险等福利：学校按照深圳市最高标准购买五险一金。
3. 生活待遇
住房与补贴：可入住公租房或享受住房补贴。
生活配套：学校可协助办理人才及配偶、子女深圳户口或来华居留许可，协调子女入学。

南方科技大学（深圳）量子科学与工程研究院是深圳科技创新行动计划首批启动建设的十大基础研究机构之一，围绕国家量子科技优先发展的战略国策，由深圳市科创委专项支持、依托南方科技大学建设,于2018年1月挂牌建立，院长为中国科学院院士俞大鹏教授。研究院在深圳市政府和南方科技大学的支持下，先后获批2017年度深圳市量子科学与工程重点实验室；2019年度广东省量子科学与工程重点实验室，成为粤港澳大湾区的量子科技创新基地。研究院已被纳入量子信息科学国家实验室建设规划，负责国家实验室深圳基地建设，打造我国量子科学领域的战略科技力量。

The Global Scientist Interdisciplinary Forum at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) is an important conference for outstanding talents recruitment. Outstanding Faculty (Chair Professor/Professor)
1. Requirements
Candidate of national-level talent programs，tenured professor or associate professor of overseas well-known universities or scientific research institutions, leading talent with internationally recognized great achievements.
2. Support Measures
Research funds：Case by case.
Team building: At least 1 PhD student per year and limitless numbers of post-doctoral fellows support. Self-determination of hiring research assistant professors (RAPs) with competitive research fund support for RAPs.
3. Remuneration
Salary: Globally competitive salary; Preferential policy of individual income tax, income tax of qualified high-level talents will be compensated by local government to a maximum of 15% (tax free).
Insurances: Shenzhen’s highest level of retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing accumulation funds.
4. Living Benefits
Housing and subsidies: Temporary on-campus apartments provided or subsidies to support off-campus rental housing.
Young Faculty (Associate professor/Assistant professor)
1. Requirements
Under the age of 40.
Doctoral degree obtained from internationally renowned universities and institutes; or Ph.D. degrees from Chinese universities with more than 36 months of working abroad, with formal teaching or research position in famous overseas universities and research institutes.
2. Support Measures
Research funds: at least 4 million CNY of research start-up fund is provided by local government and the university within 5 years.
Team building: At least 1 PhD student per year and limitless numbers of post-doctoral fellows support. Self-determination of hiring research assistant professors (RAPs) with competitive research fund support for RAPs.
3. Remuneration

No more than 3 years of obtaining doctoral degree with high academic and scientific research ability.
2. Remuneration
Salary: Pre-tax annual salary not less than CNY 335000 (including provincial and municipal subsidies); For President Outstanding Post-doctors, pre-tax annual salary not less than 507000 CNY (including provincial and municipal subsidies).
Insurances: Shenzhen’s highest level of retirement insurance.
3. Living Benefits
Housing and subsidies: Temporary on-campus apartments provided or subsidies to support off-campus rental housing.
Other benefits: Permanent residence or resident visa service of scholar and family (spouse and children); Service of children’s education in SUSTech affiliated preschool, primary school and middle school.
