Hello, my name is Jose Sanchez, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wepall. Wepall is a company specialized in industrial robotics. Our R&D team is composed by about 20 people in Spain, Hong Kong and China, with a single mission: to democratize robotics through the use of applications in all industries. What we propose is a programming solution that is independent and agnostic to the brand of robot used, giving back to the end customer the ability to take control over their installations by offering them total autonomy, since they themselves can generate or modify a pallet format without external help. Anyone who knows how to use a mobile application is capable of creating a palletizing program with any robot model. Most companies in the food industry work with different production volumes.As they receive varied orders, our customers need to change palletizing formats several times a week, or we could even say several times a day. We propose to our customers to include Wepall software in their palletizing cell, so they can program a new pallet format in less than 10 minutes.

Wepall has brought value to the end customer by offering ease and flexibility for the employee to program their new pallet format with a KUKA robot, offering around 60% less production downtime for programming and improving line efficiency by around 10%. After all, automation in industry is booming, and the technologies used for it are advancing at a dizzying pace. We have to be able to provide users with the tools they need to control their palletizing lines themselves. If we want industrial robotics applications to be developed, we need to make them easy and simple, and above all try to bring them closer to the end customer who, after all, is the one who uses the robot on a daily basis. Wepall allows to easily program mosaics independently of the robot used from a computer, and without previous knowledge of robotics.
