为降低养殖成本,同时针对东方希望集团生产成绩考核严、饲喂精细的特点,设计团队为该项目量身定制流量称饲喂系统,在料塔取消称重系统的条件下实现精确考核每间猪舍饲料利用量的目的,减少料线系统称重成本。
Design team customizes the flow weighing system for this project. Under the condition, weighing system is removed from silos, while the purpose of accurately assessing feeding consumption of each pig house can be realized, and weighing cost can be reduced.
为降低供暖成本,减少碳排放,冬季通风采用管道预热模式,充分利用冬季猪舍排除废气中含有的热量对新风预热,舍内采用布风器保证新风均匀分布到猪舍,节约能源的同时,可以减少猪应激。
In order to reduce heating costs and carbon emissions, preheating mode is adopted for winter ventilation. The heat contained in the exhaust gas from the piggery in winter is fully utilized to preheat the fresh air. Air distributor is used in the piggery to ensure uniform distribution of fresh air to pigs, which saves energy and reduces the stress reaction of pigs.
Chain feeding system ensure providing feeding by the way of economic and efficient.
The purpose of accurately assessing the feed consumption of each pig house can be realized, and the weighing cost can be reduced.
Preheating mode is adopted for winter ventilation, reduce heating costs and carbon emissions.
