Proven track record of successfully turning around or significantly improving manufacturing operations (e.g., increasing productivity, reducing costs, improving quality metrics)
Deep, hands-on expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPS, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Certification (e.g., Black Belt) is highly desirable
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
