任职要求
学历与专业： 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融或相关专业
专业资质： 持有CPA、CMA、ACCA等专业证书者优先
至少5年以上制造业成本管理或供应链财务相关工作经验；其中至少3年在医药制造企业，具备扎实的医药产品成本核算与管理经验
拥有管理多家工厂财务或作为工厂财务负责人经验者优先
精通成本会计，熟练掌握标准成本法、作业成本法等，并能构建成本模型
出色的财务分析、数据建模和解决问题的能力，能从复杂数据中提炼商业洞察
熟练使用SAP、Oracle等ERP系统中的FI/CO模块，以及MS Office（精通Excel和PPT）

岗位职责
Develop and execute the JV’s financial strategy in accordance with its overall business objectives and the board/shareholder approval
Lead all financial planning, including long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecast. Present these to JV Senior Management Team and the Board
Provide strategic financial input on key decisions, including new CAPEX, new subsidiaries/JVs and new market entry, key contract negotiations
Manage the JV’s capital structure, funding requirement and working capital
Maintain robust financial controls and systems, compliant with board/shareholder requirements and local statutory regulations
Overseas the preparation of financial reporting. Ensure timely and accurate reporting under both IFRS and PRC GAAP
Manage all financial audits including statutory audit, shareholder audit and tax audits
Ensure full compliance with all local tax regulations
Act as the key finance liaison between JV and shareholder finance team. Build strong, trusting relationships with both finance teams
