In July 2025, the GMM Pfaudler Ltd officially signed the acquisition agreement with SEMCO, a leading Brazilian mixing equipment manufacturer, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pfaudler Ltda based in Brazil.This strategically significant initiative marks a crucial step forward in the group's global mixer market expansion, successfully achieving comprehensive coverage across Europe, Asia, North America, and newly expanded South American markets.
