OFFSHORE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of various electrical systems, control circuits, and automated equipment in offshore oil/gas and renewable energy projects. Key duties include conducting troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical optimization for offshore platforms, subsea construction equipment, and related electrical facilities. This role provides critical technical support for the company's offshore engineering projects and leverages exceptional expertise to ensure the achievement of team objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Maintenance and Fault Handling:
Responsible for the daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting of high/low-voltage electrical systems (including three-phase systems 380–480V 50–60Hz), control circuits (24VDC/110V/440V), and PLC/I/O systems on offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Capable of quickly interpreting electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings, using professional tools to diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults, and proposing rationalized solutions.
Technical Support and Equipment Management:
As an experienced pipelaying technical specialist, operate, debug, and maintain all electrical equipment for offshore and subsea construction (e.g., pipe-laying systems, tensioners, reel drive units), supporting smooth on-site operations.
Participate in the technical modification and upgrading of electrical systems, assisting in developing and refining equipment operating procedures and maintenance plans to enhance system reliability.
Team Collaboration and Safety Compliance:
Collaborate efficiently within technical teams, demonstrating proactive teamwork, and work closely with other departments (e.g., mechanical teams) to resolve technical challenges.
Strictly adhere to and promote offshore safety regulations and environmental policies, ensuring all operations meet corporate quality and safety management system requirements.
Qualifications & Competencies
Possesses at least 5 years of offshore operational experience, particularly in the oil, gas, or renewable energy industries.
Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, familiar with the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment on offshore vessels, control systems, and subsea construction equipment.
Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining three-phase systems (380-480V 50-60Hz) and control circuits (24VDC/110V/440V), with applied knowledge of PLC and I/O systems.
Capable of reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics, using professional diagnostic tools to analyze problems; experience with explosion-proof electrical equipment is preferred.
Able to work efficiently within a team, fully committed to achieving common goals; possesses a flexible skill set and can assist the mechanical team with tasks as required.
Diligent and dependable, with a high level of safety awareness and a rigorous professional attitude.
Possession of a Low Voltage Electrical Operation Certificate or relevant qualification is preferred.
Proficient in English as a working language to meet the requirements of international training, technical documentation reading, and team collaboration.
Location: Work will be primarily conducted on offshore platforms and at project sites. It is mandatory to adapt to the unique challenges of the offshore operational environment and to comply with the shift work schedule.

二、主要职责 (Key Responsibilities)
电气系统维护与故障处理：
负责海上平台高低压电气系统（包括三相系统380-480V 50-60Hz）、控制电路（24VDC/110V/440V）及PLC/I/O系统的日常巡检、预防性维护和紧急故障排查，确保设备符合安全标准。
能够快速识别电气原理图、接线图和技术图纸，使用专业工具诊断并修复复杂电气故障，提出合理化解决方案。
专业技术支持与设备管理：
作为经验丰富的铺管专业技术员之一，操作、调试并维护所有用于海上及水下建设的电气设备（如铺管系统、张力器、卷盘驱动装置等），支持现场施工的顺利进行。
参与电气系统的技术改造与升级，协助制定和完善设备的操作规程和维护计划，提高系统可靠性。
团队协作与安全合格职责：
在技术团队中高效协作，展现积极的团队精神，并与机械团队等其他部门紧密配合，共同解决技术难题。
严格遵守并推行海上作业安全规程与环保政策，确保所有操作符合公司质量与安全管理体系要求。
三、任职资格与能力要求 (Qualifications & Competencies)
拥有至少5年的海上作业经验，特别是在石油、天然气或可再生能源行业。
经过验证的电气技术员经验，熟悉海上船舶电气设备、控制系统及水下施工设备的维护与故障处理。
熟练掌握三相系统（380-480V 50-60Hz）及控制电路（24VDC/110V/440V）的故障诊断与维护，具备PLC和I/O系统的应用知识。
能够阅读并解析电气图纸、原理图，使用专业诊断工具分析问题；具备防爆电气设备经验者优先。
能够在团队中高效工作，为达成共同目标全力以赴；技能组合灵活，在需要时能协助机械团队完成任务。
工作勤奋踏实，具备高度的安全意识和严谨的职业态度。
持有低压电气操作证书或相关资格认证者优先。
英语可作为工作语言，以满足国际培训、技术文档阅读及团队协作的需要。
工作地点：以海上平台及项目现场为主，需适应海上作业环境与轮班制度。
