一、岗位目的(Role Purpose)
负责开拓全球市场的海洋科技与工程产品业务,管理客户关系,成为衔接中国先进技术与海外本土需求的战略桥梁。目标人选是具备出色销售技巧、跨文化沟通能力及国际市场开拓经验的专业人士。
二、主要职责(Key Responsibilities)
市场开拓与销售执行
制定并执行指定区域市场的销售策略,完成既定的销售目标。全面负责从潜在客户开发、技术方案交流、商务谈判、合同签订到回款的全流程。
关键客户管理
主动识别并接洽全球目标客户(如国际海洋油气公司、港口码头、科研机构、海事工程公司等),建立并维护长期、稳固的战略客户关系。
市场洞察与分析
深度调研所负责区域的海洋工程与装备市场,跟踪行业动态、竞争格局及政策法规变化,为总部决策提供精准的一线情报。
跨文化协同
作为公司与海外客户的核心纽带,高效协同总部技术与支持团队,确保为客户提供定制化的解决方案和卓越的售后服务体验。
三、任职资格与能力要求(Qualifications & Competencies)
必需条件
中文母语,并拥有3年及以上在海外销售工作的经验,深刻理解海外商业环境。
具备流利的英语商务沟通能力(书面及口语),能作为主要工作语言。
拥有至少3年B2B工业品销售经验,有在海外市场独立开拓并完成销售项目的成功案例。
具备极强的自我驱动力、出色的谈判技巧和人际交往能力,能够适应富有挑战性的工作。
优先考虑
拥有海洋工程、石油天然气、重型机械、电力设备或相关技术型行业的销售背景。
本科及以上学历,主修工程、国际贸易、市场营销或相关专业。
Job Title: Global Offshore Products Sales Representative
Role Purpose
To develop business for ocean and offshore technology products in global markets and manage client relationships, serving as a strategic bridge between advanced Chinese technology and local market needs worldwide. We are seeking professionals with excellent sales skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and proven experience in international market development.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned regional markets to achieve sales targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, technical solution presentation, negotiation, contract signing, to payment collection.
Key Account Management
Proactively identify and engage target clients globally (e.g., international offshore oil & gas companies, ports & terminals, research institutions, marine engineering firms), building and maintaining long-term, stable strategic customer relationships.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on the ocean engineering and equipment markets in assigned regions, monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide accurate frontline intelligence for headquarters decision-making.
Cross-cultural Collaboration
Act as the key link between the company and overseas clients, efficiently coordinating with headquarters' technical and support teams to ensure customized solutions and a superior after-sales service experience.
Qualifications & Competencies
Essential Requirements
Native Mandarin Chinese.
Fluent in English for business communication (written and spoken), capable of using it as a primary working language.
Minimum of 3 years of overseas B2B industrial sales experience, with a successful track record of independently developing and closing deals in international markets.
Strong self-motivation, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, adaptable to frequent business travel or medium-to-short-term international assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales background in ocean engineering, oil & gas, heavy machinery, power equipment, or related technical industries.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
