一、工作职责
1. 参与区域项目电气专业设计方案审查，提出优化建议，确保技术方案可实施、可交付；
2. 编制/审核电气技术规范、BOM清单、采购技术要求，支持设备选型与技术谈判；
3. 协助开展电气专业设计接口协调，包括土建、结构、控制、通信等；
4. 负责施工图审查与施工技术交底，支持现场电气技术问题处理；
5. 对接当地设计院、审图机构、客户及政府审批机构，提供合规性支持；
6. 协助完成电气专业经验沉淀、标准模板开发、技术交流培训等工作。
二、学历专业与工作经验
1. 电气工程、电力系统、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备国际教育背景或注册执业资格者优先。
2. 至少10年以上电气工程相关工作经验，具备新能源（风电、光伏、储能、电站）或大型基础设施项目设计/执行经验；
3. 有东南亚区域项目或本地执行经验者优先。
三、专业技能要求
1. 熟悉一次、二次系统、电缆布线、接地、保护控制、箱变/配电等核心电气系统设计；
2. 能阅读并理解系统图、电气布线图、设备选型参数等技术资料；
3. 熟练使用 AutoCAD、ETAP、Revit或其他电气设计软件。
四、执行与协同能力
1. 具备良好的项目执行意识，能在跨国、多方团队中推进本专业交付；
2. 能独立对接设计院、供应商、施工单位和客户，推动问题解决与落地。

Lead Electrical Engineer – Overseas Wind Power Plant Projects
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the review of electrical design proposals for regional projects, provide optimization suggestions, and ensure technical solutions are implementable and deliverable.
2. Prepare/review electrical technical specifications, BOM lists, and procurement requirements; support equipment selection and technical negotiations.
3. Assist in coordinating electrical design interfaces with civil, structural, control, communication, and other disciplines.
4. Review construction drawings and provide technical clarification; support on-site electrical issue resolution.
5. Liaise with local design institutes, review agencies, clients, and government approval bodies to ensure compliance.
6. Support knowledge accumulation, standard template development, and technical training within the electrical discipline.
II. Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or a related field. Candidates with an international education background or professional certification (e.g., PE) are preferred.
2. At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a background in renewable energy (wind, solar, energy storage, power plants) or large-scale infrastructure project design/execution.
3. Experience in Southeast Asian markets or local project execution is a plus.
III. Technical Skills
1. Proficient in core electrical system design, including primary/secondary systems, cable routing, grounding, protection control, and unit substation/power distribution.
2. Able to interpret system diagrams, electrical wiring drawings, equipment specifications, and other technical documentation.
3. Skilled in using electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, or similar tools.
IV. Execution & Collaboration
1. Strong project execution mindset with the ability to drive deliverables within multinational and multi-stakeholder teams.
2. Capable of independently engaging with design institutes, suppliers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure implementation.
