OFFSHORE MECH TECHNICIAN
Role Purpose
Primary responsibilities include ensuring the efficient, safe, and stable operation of key mechanical and hydraulic equipment onboard offshore vessels, such as pipelay systems, reel drive units, tensioners, turntables, and winches. This role provides direct technical support and assurance for the company's offshore and subsea projects in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, leveraging expert skills to achieve team operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance and Fault Handling:
Responsible for performing daily inspections, periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work on mechanical and hydraulic systems for offshore vessel equipment, pipelay systems, reel drive units, tensioners, turntables, and winches.
Able to quickly and accurately analyze hydraulic schematic diagrams, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex hydraulic and mechanical faults to ensure equipment reliability.
Technical Support and Operational Assurance:
As an experienced pipelay technician, operate, debug, and maintain all professional equipment used for offshore and subsea construction operations, supporting the smooth progress of field operations.
Participate in equipment technical modification and optimization projects, proposing improvement suggestions to enhance equipment performance and work efficiency.
Team Collaboration and Safety Compliance:
Work efficiently within technician teams, demonstrating a proactive team spirit, and collaborate closely with other departments such as the electrical team to jointly resolve technical challenges.
Strictly adhere to and promote safety procedures and environmental standards for offshore operations, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with the company's Quality and Safety Management System requirements.
Qualifications & Competencies
Possesses at least 5 years of offshore operational experience, particularly in the oil, gas, or renewable energy industries.
Demonstrates proven experience as a Mechanical and Hydraulic Technician, familiar with the maintenance of offshore vessel equipment and related construction machinery.
Has extensive hands-on experience in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Possesses excellent ability to read hydraulic schematic diagrams and perform fault diagnosis, enabling effective resolution of mechanical equipment issues. Training in hydraulic courses is preferred.
Proficient in using common mechanical maintenance tools and measuring instruments, and capable of adapting to the offshore working environment.
Able to work efficiently within a team and is fully committed to achieving common goals.
Has a flexible skill set and is willing and able to assist the electrical team when required.
Diligent, reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and good work ethics, always prioritizing safety.
Proficient in English as a working language to meet the requirements of international training, technical documentation reading, and team collaboration.
Location:Work will be primarily conducted on offshore platforms and at project sites. It is mandatory to adapt to the unique challenges of the offshore operational environment and to comply with the shift work schedule.

负责执行海上船舶设备、铺管系统、卷盘驱动装置、张力器、转盘和绞车等机械与液压系统的日常巡检、定期保养、故障诊断与修复工作。
能够快速准确地分析液压原理图，诊断并排除复杂的液压及机械故障，确保设备可靠性。
技术支持与运营保障：
作为经验丰富的铺管技术员，操作、调试并维护所有用于海上、水下施工的专业设备，支持现场作业的顺利进行。
参与设备的技术改造与优化项目，提出改进建议以提升设备性能与工作效率。
团队协作与安全合规：
在技术员团队中高效协作，展现积极的团队合作精神，并与电气团队等其他部门密切配合，共同解决技术难题。
严格遵守并推行海上作业的安全规程与环保标准，确保所有维护活动符合公司质量与安全管理体系的要求。
三、任职资格与能力要求 (Qualifications & Competencies)
拥有至少5年的海上作业经验，特别是在石油、天然气或可再生能源行业。
具备经过验证的机械与液压技术员经验，熟悉海上船舶设备及相关施工设备的维护。
在故障诊断、整改和维护方面有丰富的实操经验。
具备出色的液压原理图识读和故障诊断能力，能够有效解决机械设备问题。具备液压课程培训经历者优先。
熟练使用常见的机械维修工具和测量仪器，并能适应海上作业环境。
能够在团队中高效工作，为达成共同目标全力以赴。
技能组合灵活，在需要时愿意并能够协助电气团队工作。
工作勤奋踏实，具备高度的责任心和良好的职业道德，始终将安全放在首位。
英语可作为工作语言，以满足国际培训、技术文档阅读及团队协作的需要。
工作地点：以海上平台及项目现场为主，需适应海上作业环境与轮班制度。
