船体管路设计资深工程师（FPSO）
一、岗位目的 (Role Purpose)
本岗位核心职责是负责FPSO船体部分（包括船体管路系统、压载系统、舱底水系统、消防系统等）的管路原理设计。该角色需具备深厚的船体管路系统专业知识，能够独立完成复杂系统的原理图设计，并深入理解船体结构与管路布局的集成关系，确保设计满足规范要求并与上部模块管路系统有效接口。
二、主要职责 (Key Responsibilities)
管路系统原理设计：负责FPSO船体部分各管路系统（如压载、舱底、消防、扫舱、透气、燃油、滑油等）的P&ID（管道与仪表流程图）原理设计、计算与优化，确保系统功能完备、安全可靠。
规范与标准符合性：确保所有管路原理设计完全符合船东规格书、相关船级社规范（如ABS, DNV等）及国际标准（如ISO, ASME, API）。
关键技术方案制定：参与解决船体管路设计中的关键技术难题，提供专业技术方案和建议，主导系统设计优化，平衡功能、安全与成本。
设计协调与接口管理：紧密配合船体结构、舾装、电气等专业，确保管路原理设计与船体布局、结构开孔、电缆走向等协调一致。负责管理与上部模块管路系统的技术接口，确保界面清晰、兼容。
设计文件交付：负责编制和审核管路系统原理图、系统设计说明、设备技术规格书等关键设计文件，并确保其按时高质量交付。
技术支持：为下游的详细设计、生产设计以及建造、调试阶段提供必要的专业技术支持。
三、任职资格与能力要求 (Qualifications & Competencies)
经验与资质：
本科及以上学历，船舶与海洋工程、轮机工程、流体机械等相关专业；
8年以上海工或船舶行业管路系统设计经验，至少参与过2个完整的FPSO、FSO、FSU项目，并深度专注于船体部分的管路原理设计；
必须具备丰富的船体管路系统（如压载、扫舱、消防水、海水冷却等）P&ID设计经验，熟悉系统计算（如管径、泵压头、流量等）；
具有FPSO或船舶造船厂背景者优先，熟悉建造工艺和对设计可施工性的要求；
有国际知名海工承包商或设计公司工作经验者优先。
专业知识与技能：
精通相关船级社规范及国际海事/海工标准；
熟练使用Aveva Marine, Tribon, CADMATIC等船舶设计软件及AutoCAD, MicroStation等绘图软件；
具备良好的技术判断力和问题解决能力。
沟通与团队合作：具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与跨专业团队有效合作。
结果导向：责任心强，能在压力下工作，确保设计任务按时完成。
语言能力：中英文流利，能够阅读和编写英文技术文件，进行技术交流。

Senior Hull Piping Engineer (FPSO)
Role Purpose
The core responsibility of this role is to carry out piping schematic design for the hull section of FPSO vessels, including hull piping systems, ballast systems, bilge water systems, firefighting systems, and others. The candidate must possess deep expertise in hull piping systems, be capable of independently completing schematic design for complex systems, and thoroughly understand the integration between hull structure and piping layout to ensure compliance with specifications and effective interfacing with topside module piping systems.
Key Responsibilities
Piping System Schematic Design: Responsible for P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) design, calculation, and optimization of various hull piping systems (e.g., ballast, bilge, firefighting, stripping, venting, fuel oil, lubricating oil) to ensure functional integrity, safety, and reliability.
Compliance with Standards: Ensure all piping schematic designs fully comply with owner specifications, relevant classification society rules (e.g., ABS, DNV), and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API).
Technical Solution Development: Participate in resolving key technical challenges in hull piping design, provide professional technical solutions and recommendations, and lead system design optimization to balance functionality, safety, and cost.
Design Coordination & Interface Management: Work closely with hull structure, outfitting, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure alignment of piping design with hull layout, structural openings, cable routing, etc. Manage technical interfaces with topside module piping systems to ensure clarity and compatibility.
Design Documentation: Prepare and review key design deliverables such as piping system schematics, system design descriptions, and equipment technical specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support during downstream detailed design, production design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Qualifications & Competencies
Experience & Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Fluid Machinery, or related fields.
Minimum8 years of piping system design experience in offshore or shipbuilding industries, with at least 2 full FPSO/FSO/FSU projects involving in-depth hull piping schematic design.
Extensive experience in P&ID design for hull piping systems (e.g., ballast, stripping, firewater, seawater cooling), including system calculations (pipe sizing, pump head, flow rate, etc.).
Shipyard background in FPSO or vessel construction is preferred, with familiarity of construction processes and design for manufacturability.
Experience with internationally recognized offshore contractors or engineering companies is an advantage.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in relevant classification society rules and international maritime/offshore standards.
Skilled in using marine design software such as Aveva Marine, Tribon, CADMATIC, and drafting tools like AutoCAD and MicroStation.
Strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.
Result-Oriented: Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and committed to delivering design tasks on schedule.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of reading and writing English technical documents and conducting technical discussions.
