Stratos Stylianidis：将与CHCD一起支持数字技术在不同领域的发展

Good evening！It is my pleasure to join the CHCD ceremony remotely for tonight, allow me to extend a warm greeting from Greece to all of you.

CIPA是ICOMOS最古老且最活跃的国际科学委员会之一，于1968年与国际摄影测绘和遥感学会联合成立, 以促进将测量科学领域的技术手段转移到遗产测绘和记录学科, 基于在数字技术领域的共同热情和专长, CIPA和CHCD建立了源远流长的友谊。

CIPA is one of the oldest and most active International Scientific Committees of ICOMOS, jointly funded in 1968 with ISPRS to facilitate the transfer of technology from the measurement sciences into the heritage documentation and recording disciplines. With mutual passion and expertise in digitalization, CIPA and CHCD share a long-lasting friendship.

CIPA的全球双年会逢奇数年举行，CHCD的全球双年会则是逢偶数年举行。在过去的十年里来自两个组织的专家们轮流访问彼此，分享经验和交流想法。在我们的共同努力下，在2021年，自创始来第一次在中国内地举办了CIPA全球双年会。

Our biannual conference is held every odd year while CHCD's biannual conference is held every even year. In the past decades experts from both organizations have visited each other in alternating years to share experiences in the exchange ideas. Under our collaborative effort, we brought CIPA symposium to mainland China for the first time in 2021.

今年，第29届CIPA全球双年会将在意大利的佛罗伦萨召开。2023年的主题将聚焦"记录、理解和保护文化遗产""塑造未来的人文科学和数字技术"。大会将探讨处理遗产管理复杂性时需要考虑的数字和环保议题，以及为减少人为和自然风险制定新的解决方案。

This year, the 29th CIPA symposium will take place in Florence, in Italy CIPA2023 will focus on documenting, understanding, preserving cultural heritage humanities and digital technologies for shaping the future. The conference will explore the digital and green dimensions required to handle the complexity of cultural heritage management and develop new solutions to the challenges of reducing anthropogenic and natural risks.

在此，我向大家发出诚挚的邀请, 欢迎大家参加CIPA2023全球双年会。我们非常期待与CHCD继续保持长期的友谊和合作关系，特别是在CHCD成为ICOMOS CHINA下属的国家科学委员会以后，我们将一起在促进中国与国际的交流与合作方面做出积极的贡献。同时鼓励和支持数字技术在不同领域的发展和实施，包括遗产保护信息管理和价值传播。

I'm extending a warm invitation to all of you to join the CIPA2023 symposium. We are very much looking forward to continuing our friendship and partnership with CHCD, now as a national scientific committee under ICOMOS China. Together, we can actively contribute in promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and the international community, as well as encouraging and supporting the development and implementation of various digital technologies in the field of heritage conservation, information management, and in value dissemination.
