Especially in the new situation of the rapid development of new generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, etc., the information security situation is becoming increasingly severe. In order to strengthen the management of information security effectively, the Yinda Group has already established a complete information security management system and an organizational structure, set up an information security working group as well an information security specialist position which takes responsibility for the company's overall information security related work.

On the afternoon of March 25th, the first training of information security awareness was held within the GoldBeacon Information Technology, a subsidiary of Yinda Group. The training was given by the Information Security Commissioner. In conjunction with his practical work experience these years, the presenter used common information security threats as an entry point firstly. And then he combined it with recent information security incidents. Making a elaboration and interpretation which focus on "basic common sense of information security", "prevention of information security issues", and"basic skills for personal information security protection". Finally he gave a comprehensive introduction to the company's information security regulations.
The speaker vividly interprets the misunderstandings in the information security with real cases of information disclosure which gave us a deep impression. Through a large number of examples that can be specifically perceived, we can realize that unconscious behavior may lead to risks of information leakage. While the audiences were shocked by the real accidents, they had a further understanding of information security. Most staff said that they will pay more attention to the information security protection in the daily work, consciously develop good habits of risk prevention, and keep the information leakage incidents of customers and enterprises from happening.
"Safety is the priority, responsibility comes first."The premise of information security protection is that all personnel must have awareness of information security. Only if everyone rejects the idea that "information security has nothing to do with me", and upholds the spirit of "information security is our responsibility" and enhances the awareness of information security. The information assets of customers, businesses and individuals can be effectively protected.
