In order to enrich staff’s cultural and leisure life, strengthen our health, relief work pressure, enhance communication and collaboration among team members, and improve team chemistry, we took a day off from our busy work and held the spring team building activity themed “Soar with Dreams, Create Brilliance” on 20th April.
The activity, held at Shanghai Oriental Land located at Qingpu District, includes a 5 km race, outdoor barbecue and some other free activities.
In the very morning, all of us got well prepared and put on the shirts provided by company. The shirts in fresh blue, with invigorating patterns and a touch of air of spring, speak volume for the vigour of Yinda People, and increase the sense of collective honor of the team, adding radiance to the team building.
After all staff were assembled at 10 am, the activity kicked off with the 5km race.
The race started from the Sun Plaza of the Shanghai Oriental Land, passing through the Avenue of Wisdom, Japanese Red Bridge, Qiuzhi Island,Tian’en Bridge, Fujinoya Sakura Forest, Moon Bay, Merlin, and ended at the barbecue service department. All of us were requested to finish the race within2 hours, and clock in and take photos at the appointed scenic spots.
Shanghai Oriental Land, a natural O2 bar, is genuinely some place for running. While running in the nature, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and abundant plants all round, free and pleased. As Yinda People, we swung our sweat and were vibrant with our passion and surged forward. Sounds of footsteps, laughters and cheers gathered together here. During the race we not only enjoyed the scenery of spring, but also had better exchange with each other, and relieved ourselves from the pressure of work, showcasing the vigour and elegance of Yinda.
After the 5km racing, we head straight towards the barbecue camp and “occupied” the position.
The team consists of both the well-experienced and rookies were busy learning from and helping each other.

The hot grill was sizzling with oil. The kebab turned yellow and diffused aroma after having been steamed.
The smell of kebab, sausages, chicken wings, legs, squid, sweet corns. made the chowhounds mouth watering.

It was such an ecstasy to drink and dine casually! Drinking beers with kebabs, sitting and chatting together really brought loads of fun tous.
After barbecue, everybody started having fun and entertaining themselves casually in the scenic spots.

As the activity was drawing to a close, we spelled a YD (Yinda)by lying down on the grass. We are a united big family, extending our gratitude for Yinda in our own way.
The team building came to a perfect ending within joyous laughters.
Throughout our life time, we are always on our journey, sometimes, we would stop, only to better prepare for the walk further ahead. In the big family of Yinda, we will spare no efforts to reaching the same goal! Come on, friends of Yinda, lets work hard and live a good life, soar with our dreams, and create brilliance together!
