We are pleased to welcome two young professionals from New Zealand — Audrey and Jack — who joined UMS in China this week as part of our UMS Beacon 2025 Talent Programme.

This year marks the eighth year of UMS’s partnership with the Asia New Zealand Foundation, a long-standing collaboration that supports meaningful cross-cultural exchange and deeper understanding between China and New Zealand.
The 2025 programme continues under the theme “UMS Beacon”, symbolising guidance, discovery, and new perspectives as we work together across global markets.
Over the coming months, Audrey and Jack will be based in our CN office, taking part in UMS’s daily work and team activities as they gain first-hand experience within China’s fast-evolving digital and cultural environment.
We are delighted to welcome them into the UMS family and look forward to another successful chapter of collaboration with the Asia New Zealand Foundation.
At UMS, we craft innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that authentically connect brands with global audiences. With expertise across international education, tourism, B2B, and government relations we take pride in our ability to create and deliver tailored solutions that resonate across cultures and regions.
