建筑结构施工图平面整体表示方法（简称平法）G101《混凝土结构施工图平面整体表示方法制图规则和构造详图》系列国家建筑标准设计图集自出版发行以来，得到了工程设计、施工、监理人员的广泛使用，成为行业内影响力最大、使用率最高、工程技术人员必备的技术文件。
2016新春伊始，平法系列国标图集英文版问世，为中国企业在海外建筑市场的发展提供强有力的技术支撑。2016年，是国家推进供给侧结构性改革的攻坚之年，在大力推进实施“一带一路”战略的背景下，加快提高国家建筑标准设计的国际化水平，以标准化促进政策通、设施通、贸易通，有效推动我国工程建设行业技术进步，全面服务“一带一路”建设。
国家建筑标准设计是工程建设标准化的重要组成部分，是工程建设标准化的一项重要基础性工作，是建筑工程领域重要的通用技术文件。
在国家积极推动“一带一路”建设的战略背景下，中国企业在国际建筑市场上的影响日益突出，以中亚、南亚、西亚等国家交流合作为基础，逐步扩展延伸至西方发达国家市场的工程技术和工程建设领域。
然而，由于国家建筑标准设计图集没有英文版本，对许多企业在涉外项目中沟通交流形成一定程度的障碍。随着我国海外建筑市场的不断拓展，国家建筑标准设计“走出去”、迅速提升国际化水平，成为迫在眉睫的事情。
近些年，中国建筑标准设计研究院有计划地开展国家建筑标准设计英文版的翻译出版工作，为我国工程承包企业“走出去”积极创造条件。
根据目前我国涉外企业和涉外工程对国家建筑标准设计英文版的需求情况，标准院汇集整合了国内相关领域的专业翻译技术力量，翻译出版了行业最急需的G101《混凝土结构施工图平面整体表示方法制图规则和构造详图》系列国家建筑标准设计图集，并通过不断地总结经验和探索实践，逐步建立适合我国标准化管理体制及改革发展要求的国家建筑标准设计翻译出版工作长效机制。
接下来，国家建筑标准设计还将陆续启动各专业重点图集的英文版翻译工作，希望这些国标图集的国际化，能够引领国家建筑标准设计走出去，襄助中国企业在国际工程承包市场上扮演着越来越重要的角色。

English Version of 11G101-1 《Drawing Rules and Standard Detailing Drawings of Ichnographic Representing Method for Construction Drawings of R.C. Structures(Cast-in-situ R.C. Frames, Shear Walls, Beams, Slabs)》
Introduction to content in drawing collection: this drawing collection is applicable for cast-in-situ R.C. frames, shear walls,beams and slabs above the top of foundations, and consists of two parts, which are drawing rules of ichnographic representing method and standard detailing drawings. The English version is a literal translation of the Chinese drawing collection, clause for clause, and the content is totally identical and corresponding to the Chinese version. The English version is compiled for use by engineers and technicians doing overseas project as well as foreign engineers and technicians.

Introduction to content in drawing collection: this drawing collection is applicable for the construction drawing design of all kinds of cast-in-situ concrete spread footings, strip footings, raft foundations (waffle-slab and plate) and pile caps, and consists of two parts which are drawing rules of ichnographic representing method and standard detailing drawings. The English version is a literal translation of the Chinese drawing collection, clause for clause, and the content is totally identical and corresponding to the Chinese version. The English version is compiled for use by engineers and technicians doing overseas project as well asforeign engineers and technicians.
