延续多年为顶级设计事务所拍摄经验，融合TVC 工作流的混合基因，“Chill”代表一种松弛的状态和克制的语言，而“Shine”则是更敏锐的观察与准确的表达，我们突破传统地产空间影像逻辑，从每一个场景提炼“氛围感”记忆点，带来更有“松弛与温度感”的视觉呈现。

从具体拍摄流程而言，前期从地域文化的挖掘、拍摄顺序和最佳光线之间的平衡，到模特气质服装与空间质感的融洽表达，实现更好的画面效果和质感；拍摄中镜头语言也更聚焦于空间、光影、材质、工艺，从细微之处中复原设计的匠心与巧思。后期剪辑重点画面的选取与衔接、色调明暗的把控与尝试，传达生活方式的新场景故事。

秉持对「一生之家」的坚持，招商蛇口高端“玺”系从设计团队、产品理念、用材用料、公区配置、物业服务全维度深造都会豪宅传奇。我们希望打破传统纯空间的定妆照模式，TVC拍摄手法+场景故事化，从空间实景到氛围印象，与招商共同产出一份极致豪宅美学场景作品。

We hope to break the traditional pure space setting photo mode, TVC shooting technique + scene story, from space real scene to atmosphere impression, and jointly produce an extreme luxury aesthetic scene work.

招商玺以树宅相守的风貌表达建筑与景观相生联系，归家长廊蕴藏在光影之中的生机涌动，唤出一份长久的情绪陪伴，地面空间的解放，带来完整的地上园林体系。

Entering the Merchant Seal, the style of the tree house to express the relationship between the building and the landscape, the vitality of the home corridor hidden in the light and shadow, calls out a long-term emotional companionship, the liberation of the ground space, and brings a complete ground garden system.

空间和服务密不可分，是招商玺营造「一生之家」的重要前提。拍摄融合人、场景与情景，展现招商玺一整套高端服务体系。

Space and service are inseparable, which is an important prerequisite for building a "home for life". Shooting integration of people, scenes and scenarios, showing a set of high-end service system of China Merchants Seal.

除了场景拍摄，我们也赶赴深圳、杭州进行人物采访拍摄，结合空间场景空镜，展现招商玺诞生的故事。

In addition to scene shooting, we also rushed to Shenzhen and Hangzhou for character interviews and shooting, combined with space scenes and empty mirrors, to show the story of the birth of the project.

佛山时代君林｜WEDO域道设计&一间宅

景观&雕塑影像

项目坐落于历史文化名城-佛山。设计以清晖园为蓝本，巧妙融合岭南园中庭院的雅致、彩窗的细腻以及泼墨山水的意境。石材围合的场域以简约而深沉的几何秩序，构筑出一种仿佛跨越时空维度的精神空间，其天然肌理如同被时间镌刻的年轮，在光影的动态流转中诉说着永恒。

The project is located in the historical and cultural city of Foshan. The design is based on Qinghui Garden, cleverly integrating the elegance of the courtyard in Lingnan Garden, the delicacy of the colored Windows and the artistic conception of the splash-ink landscape.

山海烟霞，日月同辉，一切都在寂静中鲜明，一切都在时间里永恒。石材围合的场域以简约而深沉的几何秩序，构筑出一种仿佛跨越时空维度的精神空间，其天然肌理如同被时间镌刻的年轮，在光影的动态流转中诉说着恒久与永恒。

The stone enclosed field with simple and deep geometric order builds a spiritual space that seems to cross the dimension of time and space.

主入口门楼内以传统陶瓷工艺的文化传承为基底，结合现代精工技艺，重达8吨的江山屏风取意王希梦《千里江山图》青绿山水之色，瓷柱棱次栉比，形似竹节，釉色如玉。

Inspired by the colorful colors of traditional Lingnan Manchurian Windows, the four-season window on the side adopts the double-sided fine carving overlay technology to reconstruct the dialogue between historical texture and contemporary aesthetics, giving the field dynamic vitality and poetic depth.

碧溪澜庭以博大的意象在有限空间中凝聚出恢弘的精神场域，轻盈而有张力的纵横骨架，如同构筑于时空中的框架，精确地捕捉远近与前后的景致层次。

With a broad image, the court condenses a grand spiritual field in a limited space. The light and tense vertical and horizontal skeleton is like a frame built in time and space, accurately capturing the level of scenery near and far and before and after.

700年的海与风

三亚保利棠隐｜WEDO域道设计

项目位于中国海南省三亚市，设计提出“离开城市、回归院落”的设计理念。通过朴拙的建筑肌理及自然的空间形态，在表达人与自然和谐统一的社会意识的同时，以六重院落唤醒居者对谦和、恬淡的诗意世界的追求，重塑场地社区的精致氛围。

Located in Sanya, Hainan Province, China, the project proposes the design concept of "leaving the city and returning to the courtyard". Through the simple architectural texture and natural space form, while expressing the social consciousness of harmony and unity between man and nature, the six-fold courtyard awakens the residents' pursuit of a modest and quiet poetic world, and reshaps the exquisite atmosphere of the site community.

设计尊重场地文化出发，结合在地原生的材料，在最少干扰的情况下保留原有的自然肌理，回归自然的同时，以少量的构筑线条与夹道的棕榈树相契，营造度假酒店风的落客礼序。

Respecting the culture of the site, combining the original materials in the site, retaining the original natural texture with the least disturbance, and returning to nature at the same time, using a small number of construction lines to connect with the palm trees along the road, creating a holiday hotel style of the guest order.

“居”于高庭，利用场地微小高差，将建筑置于深远处，增加游者探秘的乐趣，构筑的灯光在林间若隐若现，加强“隐”的意象，矩阵的线条交错纵横将空间进行分割的同时，将场地的精致感呈现。

living in a high courlyard, utilizing the small height difference of the site, the building is placed in a deep distance to increase the funof exploration for visitlors. "The constructed lights are faintly visible in the forest, enhancing the image of "hidden". The malrix linescrisscross and divide the space, while presenting lhe exquisile sense of the sile.

在建筑的交错之间形成一些大小不一的停留空间，植物在其中悄然生长，与光一起糅合成舒适的氛围。

Between the interweaving of buildings, various sizes of stopping spaces are formed, where plants quietly grow and blend with light tocreate a comfortable atmosphere.

景观，是自然生境与万物生灵、是场所记忆与未来湖居的连接，是人与人的连接，亦是自我与本我的连接。这是一座原生态自然湖森，观樾的到来，焕活了这里。

Landscape is the connection between the natural habitat and all living things, the memory of the place and the future lake, the connection between people, and the connection between the self and the ID.This is an original ecological natural lake. The arrival of Guan Yue revitalizes this place.

沿71.9公里湖岸线，秉承着低碳设计的初衷，设计师不遗余力保留200余棵原生乔木，有效固碳，提高生态价值。并新增逾260棵植物，增添四季繁色，延绵低密、生态、静谧的森林净土。

Along the 71.9 km shoreline of the lake, adhering to the original intention of low-carbon design, the designer spared no effort to retain more than 200 native trees to effectively sequester carbon and improve ecological value. And more than 260 new plants, adding four seasons of color, extending low density, ecological, quiet forest pure land.

亲湖而设的蜿蜒木栈道与下沉式休憩平台，给予不同空间视角下的不同感官体验。或倚靠湖岸，或慢行湖上，或照见湖中自我，或探寻林中生命，随着木栈道的指引，静谧探寻自然的脉络。

The meandering wooden boardwalk and sunken rest platform close to the lake provide different sensory experiences from different spatial perspectives. Or lean on the shore of the lake, or walk slowly on the lake, or see the lake itself, or explore the life in the forest, with the guidance of the wooden boardwalk, quietly explore the vein of nature.

辽阔的湖面，将为滨湖公园社群提供皮划艇、游船、环湖漫步骑行等丰富景观新体验。湖畔居所隐匿地势中，桥在林荫环绕下若隐若现，空间的整体视觉随着人的站位而变化，饱藏惊喜。

The vast lake will provide the Binhu Park community with new experiences such as kayaking, boating, walking and cycling around the lake.

樾隐方寸间

这是越秀打造的一座代言安徽精神的文化豪宅。从安徽山水、建筑、艺术中汲取灵感，传承徽派千年文脉，结合现代豪宅审美与功能需求，再现归隐山林的居住哲学。

This is a cultural mansion built by Yuexiu that represents the spirit of Anhui. Drawing inspiration from Anhui landscape, architecture and art, inheriting the thousand-year culture of Hui School, combining the aesthetic and functional needs of modern luxury homes, reproducing the living philosophy of retreating into the mountains and forests.

墙面的艺术漆画融合了徽派文化，由徽州赋有意境的山水形态，结合传统的大漆工艺，表达城市特色和韵味。洽谈区以徽派天井为灵感，光影交错间，营造出静谧而雅致的氛围。配色上米色与原木色的穿插，将东方美学韵律与静谧交织，开启无限的都市遐想。

The artistic paint painting on the wall is a fusion of Huizhou culture, which is endowed with the landscape form of artistic conception in Huizhou, combined with the traditional painting technology, to express the characteristics and charm of the city.

会所前厅营造出石径蜿蜒的通幽之境，对称式的壁灯以透光材质搭配暖色灯光，引领着来访者步入一场视觉与心灵的双重盛宴。

The lobby of the clubhouse creates a secluded environment with winding stone paths. Symmetrical wall lamps with transparent materials and warm lights lead visitors into a double feast of vision and soul.

重构第三种生活

合肥越秀和樾府｜越秀地产合肥公司

越秀深研隐逸人士的场景与内心需求，以全新“和樾”系为合肥人居，带来了一场关于豪宅新物种的全新变革——「城市度假隐奢豪宅」。在会所中，融合在地文脉与原生自然风貌的设计立意，将城市山林折叠入园，创造出独具疗愈内心的隐逸美学，让安缦式度假生活成为场景生活日常。

In the clubhouse, the design concept of integrating the local context and the original natural style folds the urban mountains and forests into the garden, creating a unique aesthetic of inner healing and seclusion, making the Aman-style holiday life a daily scene.

隐与奢，对应着当代人群追求的宁静与贵重，犹如和樾府极致的两面，一面立于安徽百年省府中心，一面望向十五里河岸的无限风光，共同构成了顶序之「樾」的高端基因，也正是和樾府生活主张的精神内核。

Hidden and luxurious, corresponding to the pursuit of the contemporary crowd of quiet and valuable, like the two sides of the ultimate and Yue Fu, one side in the center of Anhui hundred years of provincial capital, one side looking at the infinite scenery of the fifteen miles of the river, together constitute the top sequence of "Yue" high-end genes, is also the spiritual core of life and Yue Fu.

“隐”代表一种喧嚣视野之外的向内探寻，而“奢”是一场考究的高级审美与服务体验。拍摄提炼越秀多元化酒店式奢华服务，策划对应体验情景故事线，人物的动作情绪与情景搭配，渗透在服务体验中，给观者一种在场与互动的沉浸感。

Shoot and refine Yuexiu's diversified hotel-style luxury services, plan the story line corresponding to the experience scene, and match the action emotions of the characters with the scene to penetrate into the service experience, giving viewers a sense of immersion in presence and interaction.

海国斯文地水鄉藏胜景

宁德宝信·郦景水鄉｜Y+M艺莫设计

景观影像

自古以来，自然山海与人文风雅便是宁德标签化的城市属性，宝信·郦景水鄉的营造过程便是一次关于人居环境的极致探索，闽东精神文化的传递。而“海国斯文地，水乡藏胜景”水鄉景观设计的核心思想。以“藏”为核塑斯文地之风雅;以“胜景”为承，引闽东山海以入画。

The construction process of the design is the ultimate exploration of the living environment and the transmission of the spirit and culture of eastern Fujian. To "Tibetan" as the core to shape elegance, to "scenery" as the vein, the east Fujian mountains and seas to enter the painting.

“滴水穿石”之石作为整个项目中最具标志性的石头，长4米。远处是塔山植被葱郁下高耸的如意玲珑塔，眼前是滴水穿石层波叠浪的涌动。古与今的对话下，是宁德“滴水穿石”精神奔腾不息的延续。

As the most iconic stone of the whole project, the "dripping water wears through the stone" is 4 meters long. In the distance is the tower under the lush vegetation towering Ruyi Linglong tower, the eyes are dripping water through the stone layer waves surging. Under the dialogue between the ancient and the present, it is the continuation of Ningde's spirit of "dripping water wears through the stone".

在映月园里，本地锈石与安哥拉黑石材的材料产生碰撞。我们通过颜色和材质上的冲突感，来传递空间里自然与品质的融合。

In the Moon Garden, the local rust stone collides with the material of the Angkor shielding stone. Through the sense of conflict in colors and materials, we convey the fusion of nature and quality in the space.

长河之水万物之序

武昌序｜山水比德×招商蛇口武汉公司

项目立于长江之畔，以长江之水为灵感，重拾散落在时间长河中的东方珍珠。设计从传统印章、玉器，江河形态和深受百姓喜爱的“归家燕”中提取特质，作为重要的设计语汇融于场地之中，为招商序赋予深厚的传统人文精神内核。

The project stands on the banks of the Yangtze River and takes the water of the Yangtze River as inspiration to recapture the Oriental pearls scattered in the long river of time. The design extracts the characteristics from the traditional seal, jade, river form and "Guiyan" which is loved by the people, and integrates it into the site as an important design vocabulary, giving profound traditional humanistic spirit core for the investment order.

为营造江水自然顺势而下的立体景观，我们特地将场地下挖了3米深，形成明显东高西低的地势高差，堆沙置石、配置草木，随形就势、引水成池，最终演绎出山河入川的气势。

To create a three-dimensional landscape with the river flowing down naturally, we specially dug 3 meters deep under the site, forming a clear difference in terrain height between east and west.

精心挑选孔雀绿液态大理石，细致打磨出自然的流线型态，隐入层层植物之中，与溪流虚实交织，连同潮湿的青苔绿植、黑山石一起，叙述着下沉庭院的自然隐奢质感。

The streamline pattern of stone, hidden in the layers of plants, and the stream is interwoven.

隐没林中的虹夕诺雅

华润置地·孝子祠澐璟｜季相设计

景观影像

围绕“回归自然”这一命题，华润置地与季相设计基于度假式生活的思考，将“极氧LIVE”新森活主义理念投射于孝子祠澐璟，以义乌首座空中花园极氧LIVE住区，向义乌云端展开了一场探寻生命，求索诗意的云端森活故事。

Centering on the proposition of "Return to nature", China Resources Land and Seasonal Design, based on the thinking of vacational-style life, cast the concept of "Extreme Oxygen LIVE" into the Xiaozi Ancestral Hall, and launched a LIVE story of exploring life and poetry to the clouds in Yiwu from the Extreme Oxygen Live residence of Yiwu's first sky garden.

孝子祠澐璟位于历史悠久的义乌市核心地段。设计以朴素自由的方式营造一个新时代义乌人的居所，让人即便身处繁华都市，也能觅得一处悠然静雅的空间。

The Xiao Zi Shrine is located in the core area of Yiwu City, which has a long history. The design creates a new era of Yiwu people's residence in a simple and free way, so that people can find a leisurely and quiet space even in the bustling city.

蜿蜒的溪流、婆娑的树影，让人瞬间隔绝外界纷扰。这个过程不只是传统意义上社区归家体验，它涉及身体和感官的全新感受。

The meandering stream and the dancing shadow of the trees make people instantly isolated from the outside world. This process is not just a traditional community homecoming experience, it involves a new feeling of the body and senses.

再聚金陵

为「序」定制，采取更加内敛克制的镜头语言，引入近10年景观建筑摄影行业经验，聚焦材料、质地与工艺，TVC拍摄手法加持电影级镜头与灯光，复原细微之处的蜕变，自然传达出南京豪宅的温润细腻与内敛古韵，拉开「为时代立序的向往生活」。

Shooting, customized for the design adopting a more restrained lens language, introducing nearly 10 years of landscape architecture photography industry experience, focusing on materials, texture and craft, TVC shooting techniques with movie grade lenses and lighting, restoring the transformation of the subtle points, naturally convey the warm and delicate Nanjing mansion and restrained ancient charm, opening the "yearning life for the order of The Times".

为时代立序者，「金陵序」不计繁复与耗费，设计的理性与艺术的感性相融。镜头语言聚焦在空间、光影、材质、工艺，从归家第一眼的仪式感到生活场域的幕幕展现，在每一个细节中复原招商的匠心精神。

For the order of The Times, the project regardless of complexity and cost, design rationality and artistic sensibility. The lens language focuses on the space, light and shadow, material and craft, and feels the curtain display of the life field from the ceremony of the first glance at home, restoring the spirit of ingenuity in every detail.

影像色调结合南京城市气质，暖色调透出含蓄雅奢的韵味。私宴厅、茶室、红酒雪茄室、SPA理疗室......功能场景置入”熟人管家“极致服务，全面展现一整套丰富高端的生活体系。

The color of the image combines the urban temperament of Nanjing, and the warm color reveals the subtle elegant luxury charm. Private Dining Room, Tea room, Wine and Cigar room, SPA treatment room...... Functional scene into the "acquaintance butler" ultimate service, fully show a full set of rich high-end life system.

艺术品《势》展现了艺术家Oliver Barratt对艺术与生活的独特理解。他希望艺术品在极具视觉张力的交织与扭转中，展现出蕴含无限流动势能的优雅姿态，给生活在这里的人们带来兼具优雅和力量的极致体验。

The artwork "Potential" shows artist Oliver Barratt's unique understanding of art and life. He hopes that in the intertwining and twisting of great visual tension, the artworks show an elegant gesture containing infinite flow potential energy, and bring the ultimate experience of elegance and power to people living here.

The artist accurately captures the moment when the Pearl River flows and jumps, and uses abstract techniques to weave and twist the work with great visual tension.
