每年春节前都是“生死冲刺期”——既要收尾旧单、敲定新单,又要规避物流、生产、沟通的各类坑。2026年春节放假9天(2月15日-23日),叠加马士基等航司停航计划、海关通关调整,节前一个月(1月15日-2月14日)的每一步都不能错。
所以春节前30天恰恰是拉开外贸水平差距的关键窗口期,以下是春节放假前强烈建议你需要执行的工作内容和计划:
1:市场分析与客户沟通
- 市场趋势分析:了解当前的市场状况和产品趋势,分析节前市场需求。
- 客户沟通:与客户沟通了解他们春节期间的具体需求和计划,确认预期的订单量和交货日期。
- 订单管理:检查现有订单的状态,确保春节前可以交付,安排优先级,避免生产和物流的延迟。
2:订单处理与生产协调
- 确认订单:对于新进订单,确认细节和交付日期,将客户要求明确传达给生产部门。
- 生产排程:与生产部和供应链管理协调,确保所有订单能在春节前完成生产。
- 备货计划:针对可能出现的紧急需求开始策划备货,包括热销产品及配件。
3:物流与支持服务
- 物流安排:确认最后发货日期和运输计划,与物流公司协商节前的运输事宜,确保货物能准时发出。
- 客户支持:提醒客户春节期间的工作安排,解答他们的疑问,提供解决方案。
- 应急计划制定:制定春节期间可能出现问题的应急处理计划,如延期、质量问题反馈等。
4:内部协作与文档准备
- 内部沟通:与内部团队协商春节期间的工作安排,包括销售、客服、物流、财务等各部门。
- 文档准备:确保所有相关的出口文件,如发票、装箱单、产地证明等都已经准备好,避免在春节期间因为文件不全出现延误。
- 财务结算:处理所有应收账款,确保节前结算,减少资金风险。
开展工作的原则是把 “被动救火” 转为 “主动掌控”,所有动作围绕 “锁订单、保交期、防风险” 展开。按时间节点拆分如下:
第一周(1月15日-1月21日):盘点梳理,锁定关键节点。
1.订单全量盘点:
用表格标注所有订单状态(已付款未生产、生产中、待发货、已发货未收款),明确每个订单的生产周期、预计出货日期。重点标注高客单、长交期订单,排查是否存在物料短缺、工艺卡壳等问题 —— 我当年踩过 “节前一周才发现物料断供” 的坑,最后花高价空运才保住客户,教训极深。
2.物流与海关节点确认:
对接货代,确认马士基等航司停航安排(跨太平洋、亚欧航线 1 月下旬起有密集航次取消),锁定节前最后订舱窗口期(建议最晚 1 月 25 日前完成订舱),避免 “有货无舱”。
同步海关通关时间,福田海关等2月16日-19日(除夕至初三)关闸,2月15日、20日-23日仅10:00-17:00通关,报关资料需提前3个工作日准备完毕,杜绝节前赶工出错。
3.客户分层梳理:
按 “老客户 / 新客户、高客单 / 低客单、意向度高 / 低” 分类,标注每个客户的采购周期、历史订单量、决策习惯,为后续精准催单做准备。
第二周(1月22日-1月28日):集中催单,推进订单落地。
1.分客群针对性催单:
这是催单黄金期,此时客户决策周期充足,物流成本尚未暴涨,按客户类型启动第一轮沟通(话术见第二部分)。

2.生产排期确认:
与工厂书面确认所有订单的排产优先级,尤其是节前要发货的订单,明确 “最晚开工时间” 和 “最晚出货时间”,避免工厂因工人返乡提前停工(业内常规工厂实际停产时间达 2-4 周,早确认早安心)。
3.未收款催收:
对已发货未收款订单,主动同步发货凭证、清关文件,提醒客户按合同付款。对付款周期长的客户,可协商 “部分预付款锁定单据”,防止假期资金占用。
第三周(1月29日-2月4日):收尾保障,规避突发风险。
1.订单收尾与文件核对:
确认节前发货订单的所有文件(提单、商业发票、装箱单、商检证等),逐字核对品名、数量、金额,避免因文件错误导致清关延误 —— 曾有新人把提单收货人信息写错,节后花了半个月才更正,客户差点流失。对未敲定的意向订单,给出 “节前最后政策”(如锁价、优先排产),推动客户决策。
2.假期沟通安排:
设置邮件自动回复、WhatsApp/LinkedIn 状态,明确假期时间(2月15日-23日)、紧急联系人及节后复工时间(2月24日),附上核心订单对接人的私人联系方式。给所有客户发一封节日提醒邮件,同步假期安排、物流截止时间,顺带送上马年祝福,体现专业度。

3.库存与物料检查:
对热销品、低客单快消品,预留少量安全库存,应对节后复工初期的紧急订单;确认节后复工所需物料的到货时间,避免复工后断供。
第四周(2月5日-2月14日):应急兜底,安心放假。
1.最后出货冲刺:
对接货代、仓库,确认节前最后一批货的装柜、报关、发运流程,全程跟踪物流轨迹,同步给客户。对无法节前发货的订单,书面确认节后发货时间及补偿方案(如免部分运费)。
2.风险兜底:
对高客单客户,节前进行一次电话沟通,确认假期期间的对接方式,缓解客户顾虑。整理所有订单的沟通记录、合同、文件,分类存档,方便节后快速衔接。
3.内部交接:
与同事明确假期紧急工作分工,确保客户有突发问题时能及时响应,避免 “假期失联”。
在春节放假前,外贸人要做好的工作都是为了给春节前后的客户跟进和订单开发做充足的预热和准备,保持商务沟通的连贯性和专业性。
提前及时给客户发送邮件告知春节放假事宜,方便彼此的工作沟通和衔接,同时也能利用假期的节点进行催单。
催单核心逻辑:不做“索取式催促”,要做“价值式提醒”。站在客户角度告知“现在下单的好处”和“延迟的风险”,所有理由必须真实(如航次取消、成本上涨),诚信是外贸的根。
