1月8日，四川长虹发布董事会决议公告，宣布公司下属子公司广东长虹电子有限公司（以下简称"广东长虹"）将以自筹资金在墨西哥蒂华纳市投资建设电视生产工序项目，总投资额为人民币2,918万元（不含税）。

On January 8, Sichuan Changhong issued a board resolution announcement, stating that its subsidiary, Guangdong Changhong Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Changhong"), will invest in the construction of a television production process project in Tijuana, Mexico, with a total investment of RMB 29.18 million (excluding tax).

公告显示，四川长虹第十二届董事会第四十三次会议于2026年1月7日以通讯方式召开。会议由董事长柳江先生主持，审议通过了《关于公司下属子公司在墨西哥投资建设电视生产工序项目的议案》。

The announcement shows that the 43rd meeting of the 12th Board of Directors of Sichuan Changhong was held on January 7, 2026, via teleconference. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Liu Jiang and approved the "Proposal on the Investment and Construction of a Television Production Process Project by the Company's Subsidiary in Mexico".
