18下午,智拓盛通第五English Upskilling Bootcamp(英语提升训练营)围绕商务社交场景化” 展开,由集团商务中心Passant带领各部门同事,通过一系列高频的对话场景,学习在不同场合中得体、有效且自信地表达。

本次课程咖啡厅点单What can i get for you开始,延伸多个典型职场情境从点一杯咖啡、自然开启对话,到如何上级清晰汇报工作进展、回应反馈,再到向合作伙伴介绍公司业务、传达核心价值,每个场景都紧扣实际需求,力求让各部门语言表达落到具体、用到实处。

课上,Passant通过角色扮演、对话模拟与情境复盘,引导各部门同事积极互动、代入角色练习对话。面对陌生表达与专业用语,Passant耐心带读、分解句式,并鼓励大家尝试开口,各部门同事在轻松包容的氛围中突破舒适区,从倾听者变为对话者。

Barista: Hi/ Morning, What can I get for you?

Customer: what are your specials today?

Barista: we have our normal drinks up here and then our specials are down here. We’ve got our vanilla latte, caramel latte, and our orange filled latte. 

Customer: maybe I will just do a vanilla latte.

Barista: Yea. for sure.

Customer: Do you have a coconut milk

Barista: so we have oat milk and almonds.

Customer : I’ll take oat milk.

Barista: would you like to have it here or to go?

Customer: I’ll take it to go, please.

Barista: your total is 7 dollars

Customer: here you are .

咖啡师:嗨/早上好,您想喝点什么?

顾客:店里的特色是什么?

咖啡师:我们的常规饮品在上边,特制饮品在下边。我们有香草拿铁、焦糖拿铁和橙子拿铁。

Issue 5 | Speak confidently in the workplace! Get it easily~

On the afternoon of January 8th, the fifth installment of the English Upskilling Bootcamp organized by Zhituo Shengtong revolved around "Business Social Scenario-Based Learning". Led by Passant from the Group's Business Center, colleagues from various departments engaged in a series of high-frequency dialogue scenarios to learn how to express themselves appropriately, effectively, and confidently in different situations.

This course starts with "What can I get for you?" in a coffee shop, extending to multiple typical workplace scenarios, from ordering a cup of coffee and naturally starting a conversation, to how to clearly report work progress and respond to feedback to superiors, to introducing the company's business and conveying core values to partners. Each scenario closely aligns with practical needs, striving to make language expression in various departments specific and practical.

In the class, Passant guided colleagues from various departments to actively interact and practice dialogues by putting themselves into roles through role-playing, dialogue simulation, and situational review. Faced with unfamiliar expressions and professional terminology, Passant patiently read aloud, broke down sentence patterns, and encouraged everyone to try speaking. Colleagues from various departments broke through their comfort zones in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere, transforming from listeners to conversationalists.
